Our tour took us to the artist’s home and gardens first thing in the morning, before crowds and heat of the day. Simon our guide and driver was knowledgeable, very personable, and made all persons in our small group of 7 feel welcome. I highly recommend both the tour and Simon!

That the minivan can be too small if it is full of adults. If you suffer from small spaces. This is not the tour for you.
No signage on the van, we had no idea who we were looking for.
The address was obscure we were there 40 minutes early and still couldn't find the tour. They could have said to meet outside the tourist bureau and that would have saved a lot of angst
Loved Giverny and such interesting history. Our driver was excellent gave us history and some sites in Paris too. I took the best pictures and weather was perfect.
The home has been beautifully restored. You really get a great feeling of how he lived and what he enjoyed most in life. The garden was amazing! Dense flowers of numerous sorts in bloom, a treat of colors an textures. We had the mid summer bloom. Lovely and serene. We sat and looked over The Lilly Pond for nearly an hour the highlight of our visit.
Our guide was very informative about Paris, Monet and Giverny. He was very funny and friendly as well

Sebastián was an excellent tour operator. He shared a bit of Claude Monet’s story on the way, and gave us a good tip on arrival (to visit Monet’s house first and then the gardens — this was a pro tip!). The drive each way was about 1.5-2hrs and we spent 2hrs at the site, which felt like enough (would it be nice to sit and relax and stare at the pond, sure, but with so many visitors, it was ok to move through at a leisurely pace). It was also nice heading to Le Capucines for a homemade lemonade and olive fougasse afterwards.

Our “driver guide” did absolutely no guiding and was an extremely erratic and dangerous driver, who far exceeded the speed limit and tailgated continuously. Giverny itself is magical and well worth a visit, but not with this tour.

Monet gardens are beautiful, but there were hundred of people waiting to get int to the house. Others in our group never made it in the house due to the overcrowding. Most important is the fact that despite reperesenations this is not a guided trip. It is merely transportation & ticket to get in. We even confirmed before booking & was told by the operator "This tour include a guide and a driver..."
Despite representation there was no guide & the driver did not provide a scintilla of information about Monet. Also, driver emphasized how important it was for us to meet at the departure point & time, then he showed up 15 minutes late. Avoid this experience.

Good reliable option for those interested in self guided experience with convenient transport. Driver was friendly, walked the group through Giverny, and took us to the correct entry line for gardens at our designated entry time.
Van departed right on time. Arrived at Giverny around 9 but the tickets ended up being for 10:30 garden entry so we had about an hour before entering the line. Would have been better to communicate that clearly upon arrival and give folks the option to grab a bite and coffee in cafe or partake in the very slow group walk through Giverny.

Our guide/driver was terrific (I am so sorry I couldn’t remember his name). The drive was smooth both ways and he was friendly and knowledgeable. The lily pond and garden were gorgeous (in mid May).
If you really like Monet or flowers/gardens, the 1.5 hour tour is too short as the queue for the house can take a very long time.

Similar to other comments, this experience is not a tour, it’s basically just transportation to/from Giverney. Although our driver was very nice, the time there felt very rushed. Also there eight people booked in smallish van so we were packed in.

It was very nice to go to Giverny. However, to call this a guided tour is totally misleading. Our “guide” was really just a driver. We were told to walk around the Monet house and gardens and then the village of Giverny, and our driver did not know much about the history or anything.

Went for the afternoon to visit Giverny and enjoyed the trip and the very specific directions so we were able to make the most of our time. However, other couple on tour spoke French (we did not) and often we felt excluded from conversation bcs outside of lady in the group who spoke both languages, we did not have a lot of interaction. Wished tours could be either English or French exclusively so you could pick your experience accordingly.

The house tour felt rushed due to long lines. Our tour guide, Benjamin, was very patient and went above and beyond to help everyone in the group have a good experience.

Nice guy, good driver. Inexperienced guide who left us to wander on our own. During the drive, he did answer a few questions from the woman in the front seat, but the rest of us were not able to hear his answers. With a seasoned mentor, he is capable of doing justice to this experience.

Great to take the early trip because it quickly got crowded. I wish our driver was more experienced and could better advise us. He was very nice but very new. I was finished viewing the Monet grounds and would have loved to gone to the museum there if I knew it existed. That museum has original works, not copies like the house has. There would have been plenty of time for that. Instead I circled thru the house and gardens a second time and walked up to town.
