It was a lovely day. WS are guide needed us promptly. He was so friendly and warm making our group of strangers immediately bond. The car was a van and clean and nice. The giverny was delightful. It was a perfect day. I totally enjoyed this experience and would recommend this with 5 stars

Fantastic tour - a must see!!
We went to Giverny in April when all the flowers were in bloom and it was just gorgeous. The tour was very well done – the bus was beautiful and clean and the tour guides were amazing and gave us all kinds of really interesting information on the ride there. We enjoyed it greatly. My only advice is that if you spend a lot of time in the house in gardens, there’s not much time to get food so getting a Takeaway sandwich or something is probably best.

Giverny is such a pretty...
Giverny is such a pretty place. Monet was an incredible artist. The drive was awesome. Frédéric was great. He gave us some information before hand and we watched a video about the life and house on the way. Great experience!!

Wonderful day at Giverny and Versailles
Wonderful day out, Giverny, followed by a 3 course lunch and then Versailles. Our driver, Anil, was very patient in the Parisian traffic. Our guide, Bertrand, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The meeting place was easy to find and the coach was very nice. The gardens at Versailles were huge and you could never fit in the whole garden in the time but we had enough time to explore and it was very hot!

Excellent Tour of Giverny!
Really perfect way to see Giverny! Ride was smooth and prompt. Informative tour guide that really knew Monet. Perfectly timed information then quiet time to stroll the gardens. Plenty of time and a great ride back to Paris. Perfect 1/2 trip for our family!

This was the perfect combination doing Versailles and giverny in the same day. With a pickup from your hotel and a return back it is a seamless transition from location to location

Good tour
They drive us to Giverny. During the journey the tour guide explains the history of Monet and how the gardens were created . It gives us plenty time to explore the gardens and village

Well worth it.
Outstanding pass-the-line, 5-hour round-trip tour. Includes an 8 person van ride from Paris and back. Lots of very interesting info from the guide/driver during the rides and a quick walking tour of the town of Giverny, and a more than adequate 90 minutes of free time to explore the Monet house and gardens. Our guide was Anatole; he was outstanding, and spoke flawless English. We highly recommend the 8 am morning tour to beat the worst of the crowd.

Enjoying Versailles
Nadi was a wonderful guide. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were delighted to have her for our guide at Versailles and greeter at Giverny. She has a delightful way of asking questions and explaining things in a playful way. Hope you get her for your guide.

A day well spent visiting Versailles and Giverny
Invaluable experience to visit Versailles with an incredibly knowledgeable guide. Helin was a fascinating guide who shared her passion for this sumptuous palace with us in an engaging manner.
Abi took us on to Giverny and gave us plenty of information about the house and garden, which were and absolute joy. It was a long day and thoroughly worthwhile which was well orchestrated.

Giverny shines through
There are good reasons why Giverny is so popular to visit. It is spectacularly beautiful—not just “Instagram pretty” but truly precious to see, absorb, and experience. The crowds in some ways add to the excitement. They remind me that humanity shares a love for beauty. This world is not all bad.
Juan Pablo and Riti were great guides. They were patient, informative, and kind. The tour enabled us to negotiate the crowds reasonably well, and the audio portion provided flexibility.

Michael was a wonderful tour guide. Even though it was hot the tour of Giverny was gorgeous. And I learned more about Vincent van Gough at his last house. All round fantastic tour guide

When to visit

A Giverny tour is ideal for art enthusiasts, especially impressionism fans.
The journey to Giverny, along the banks of the Seine River and through the sunflower fields of Normandy, is almost as good as the destination.
There are no ATMs or currency exchange bureaus in the village, so be sure to bring cash.
Although hotels are available, the village's small size means availability is limited, so most people visit on day trips from Paris. Make sure to book in advance if you plan on staying overnight.
Giverny and Monet's Garden are partly accessible for wheelchair users although Monet's House is not.
