Our driver arrived early and was very easy to find right by our cruise ship. We were welcomed with a cold bottle of water and a very comfortable drive. After dropping the other passengers off at the airport, the driver offered to drive us by the colosseum if we had time in our schedule. We happily accepted the offer and he gave us a mini tour of Rome, telling us where to take the best pictures. At the colosseum, he pulled over at the best picture location and encouraged us to get out for a picture. He even played photographers for us! We were then delivered to the door of our hotel. Highly recommended this transfer!

Our tour guide was extemely organized and was able to wrangle about 50 of us (one in a mobility scooter) through a two stop excursion. She deserves a trophy for even managing that gracefully with the time allotted. We loved Lucca and thought it was the hidden treasure of our visit to Tuscany. She pointed out the highlights on the map on the bus before our arrival which was quite helpful. We followed her on the walking tour and she mostly took us from one point to the next in the order that she explained them on the map. Since she had explained it already we mostly just stopped for a photo and moved on. About halfway through the tour we bailed and struck out on our own which was just as fine. We didnt get a chance to do it, but next time hope to rent bikes to ride along the city walls, the whole area is a park with nice views of the foothills. Pisa tower was about as expected - busy and very, very HOT. Minimal shade to be found in the area. We climbed to the top which I felt was worthwhile as opposed to spending the whole stop taking cheeky photos - a free bathroom visit is also included with your ticket to climb the tower! The view from the top was nice, can see some farm lands and mountains in the distance. The ride back was unfortunately a lowlight - the bus was very hot and stuffy. If the AC worked at all we couldn't tell - we would have been better off with a few open windows.

We booked a private transfer from Naples to Sorrento with a stop in Pompeii, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. It was such a convenient way to break up the journey and see Pompeii without worrying about logistics. Our driver was fantastic—very polite, personable, and easy to talk to. The pickup was smooth, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the timing worked perfectly for our stop in Pompeii before continuing on to Sorrento. Having the flexibility to explore Pompeii while knowing our driver and luggage were taken care of made the experience completely stress-free. Overall, this was an easy, comfortable, and enjoyable way to travel between cities while adding in a must-see stop. Highly recommend—especially if you want a relaxed, personalized experience!

I booked this transfer months in advance. The company reached out just before our trip to confirm that they would be there, and even suggested changing our pick up time, which we did. It was the right decision! Our driver was there waiting for us when we arrived and quickly helped us to our awaiting van. He was very friendly and welcoming and got us to our hotel without any issues. Highly recommend!

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

Valerio was prompt and very friendly, safe and timely getting us from our Airbnb in Rome to the cruise port. He greeted us just before our pickup time, helped us with our bags and offered us chilled bottled water. We were so pleased with his service and give him the highest recommendation!

Everything went perfectly, I received instructions and notifications regarding my reservation prior to our arrival date. It was very easy to locate our driver in the arrivals area. The driver was friendly, professional, and gave us a nice introduction to Sicily as we were driven to Palermo.

This tour is a great way to see the highlights of the island of Capri in a day. It included the Blue Grotto, Mt. Solare, Anacapri city center, Capri, and the Gardens of Augustus. Vincenzo was great, going above and beyond in helping enjoy island. The taxi ride was a must too!
