My daughter and I took the Stingray, Starfish, and Snorkeling excursion and had an absolute blast! This is the kind of experience we always look forward to booking with Viator. The staff was so friendly, and the entire trip was seamless and fun from start to finish. Every excursion we’ve done with them has been amazing, and this one was no exception. Great experience. The staff made the experience extra special. There were three stops. We enjoyed Stingray city, and found Starfish point very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Time well spent, no food provided but sodas and waters were great to have. Beautiful sites to see. The snorkeling was fantastic, saw turtles and sting rays and so much more. Stingray City was unbelievable experience, starfish Island was super cool as well. Jake was funny and has been doing this for a very long time, he knows and is very trustworthy. Thumbs up to this excursion.

Lovely experience! Angel and his team were very knowledgeable and friendly through all the stops. If you are prone to seasickness, I would recommend a small Dramamine tablet just in case

Good company and good people to deal with . Even if event gets canceled because of weather they actually helpful with either getting quick refund of setting you up with another company that sails that day.

Kid friendly tour. Our 3.5 and 1 year olds were probably the youngest of the group, but they were able to enjoy the sting rays and starfish. Our 3.5 year old was able to participate in the snorkeling as well.

Actual snorkeling time is only about 20 minutes. Very disappointing and not many fish. The stingray and starfish part of the tour are PACKED with way too many people. They really should have a rotation so that all the tours are not in the same place at the same time. We saw 1 stingray and a total of 4 starfish.
If you’re going from the cruise terminal, it is not easy to find. You have to walk down the street and to a different pier where there are a million other tours going on.

While we understand your concerns regarding crowd levels at the snorkeling and marine stops, these locations are shared public sites, and we do not have control over the number of visitors or the scheduling of other tour operators. Similarly, sightings of marine life such as stingrays and starfish can vary, as they are wild animals in their natural habitat.
Regarding the meeting point, it is typically very easy to locate at the Royal Watler Terminal. However, on days when multiple cruise ships are in port, guests may be tendered to the North Terminal instead, which is approximately a 2-minute walk from our meeting location. We do our best to provide clear directions in advance to help guests find us as smoothly as possible.

WOW. We were on a boat with Captain Jake and Alex. They over deliver on this one. Have been on many excursions this was really different and really fun. Kissed a sea ray, held a starfish, a beautiful boat ride and a laid back “soggy dollar” beach. Highly recommend. These guys worked their axes off to make it fun.

Wonderful time snorkling and then Stingray City! Crew on the Peacemaker was fantastic and took great effort to guide and provide all safety information.
The sandbar with the stingrays was shallow and easy for all ages. Very safe. You can touch and feed them or just watch.
Recommend to bring snacks and personal drinks if you will want them. They provide an ice chest and free water & soda cans.

A fun experience for all ages.
The captain was very informative and made it fun. We snorkeled first then to Stingray City and the Captain made sure all got to interact with all.

Did a similar trip to Stingray City in April on a much larger boat, whist on a cruise
This trip with Jake and Alex was so much nicer, picked up from our accommodation, much smaller boat which was much better, only 22 onboard and with two ladders and a low rear deck there was no queueing for ages to get in and out of the water.
Water and soft drinks included was a bonus, but the interaction with the Stingrays was unbelievable as having smaller numbers meant we got more time with them. Added to this was a snorkelling stop on the reef with all gear supplied and another stop at Starfish Point where we saw baby Stingrays plus plenty of Starfish and some Conch along with some pretty large fish.
I would highly recommend booking this trip and do it again without hesitation, great value, the crew were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you, will definitely be back.

The crew Alex and Jake of the Lady Sue were amazing!!! They were super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They made sure everyone got the full experience especially with the stingrays!!

This was a wonderful experience. Captain Jake and Alex are a wonderful team. Our 3 year old had a blast and we were entertained. Most importantly we felt very safe. We would definitely do this again. 100% recommend!!

Highly recommend doing this trip! Sting ray city is so cool and it’s awesome swimming with the sting rays and feeding them. We had an amazing time and would definitely do it again.

The pickup was convenient, but misleading. This was a small group tour...but several groups came together on a "cattle boat" of 25+.
We went to "Starfish point" for 15 minutes. Lots of other boats/people in this small area. Then...to Stingray city. Probably 8 other boats at the same time. The boat staff held/manhandled a stingray for everyone to get a picture with. No personal interaction with the rays like we have had in the past. Then...on to "Coral City" for snorkeling. This is the windward side of the island...so you can't comfortably snorkel. And there is no real coral to speak of. (Just a few dead pieces...and small fish)
Our boat captain drove the boat with his feet while looking at his phone most of the time. Very unprofessional.
Disappointing to say the least.
And the pictures with the rays were $150. Not included.

To clarify, the tour you booked was a shared group tour, not a private charter. This is noted in the tour description, and we always welcome guests to upgrade to a private option for a more personalized experience. On the day of your tour, we had 30 guests onboard, well below the vessel’s certified capacity of 80, to ensure comfort and space for all.
Stingray City, as one of the most popular attractions in the Cayman Islands, does attract multiple boats—especially during peak times. While it can be busy, we always striveto provide each guest with a chance to safely interact with the rays and create lasting memories. Our crew handles the stingrays carefully and respectfully, following long-standing practices that allow guests to pose safely with these amazing creatures.
The price for the photos is $75 per couple and photos are unlimited, you can have the photographer take as much photos at each stop.
Regarding snorkeling at Coral Garden, we understand the conditions can vary depending on weather and wind. While some days visibility or marine life may be less abundant, we always do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
Lastly, we take guest safety seriously. Your comment about the captain driving with his feet and using a phone is very concerning, and we are actively reviewing this with our team to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.

The water was beautiful and we saw lots of fish. Swimming with the rays was scary at first, but they are really harmless. The crew was great.
