- Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
- Stay-over guests must provide the following information at time of booking: Name of accommodation, room/unit number and if they need pick up.
- Meeting Point for Cruise Passengers: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports check-in office located in the Waterfront Centre, 1/2 - 2 Blocks LEFT of the cruise terminal. Please be there at least 30 minutes before time of tour.
- We provide complimentary pick-up at hotels/condo along Seven-Mile Beach area.
- Meeting point for Stay-over Guests who do not require pick-up: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports main office located in the Cayman Falls Plaza, across the street from the Westin Hotel on seven mile beach area. Please be here 30 minutes before time of tour.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old and above
- Tour operates on local island time NOT ship time.
- Very important for cruise guests: In the unlikely event that your ship anchors on the south side of the island (Spotts) instead of in George Town Harbour, our shuttle buses will be there to pick you up, and our drivers wearing navy blue (or maroon) colored shirt will be there to meet you. After your tour, we will drop you back in George Town where you can find a local bus or taxi to get back to Spotts.

Mitchell & JJ were amazing guides. We went on this tour on our last day in Cayman Islands, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. So glad I decided to do this excursion last minute. The guides were entertaining, friendly, informative and made us feel safe. The boat was also beautiful. Highly recommend this tour and booking with Captain Marvin’s for all your tours.

Amazing trip, just do it here instead. Less crowded boat made the tour feel way more personal. The tour guides were amazing In not particular order Marcus, Mitchel, Romel and RJ. They helped my mom who is not a strong swimmer experience this wonderful adventure. Wonderful for kids and family. Mitchell was full of jokes and Marcus was full of knowledge. Definitely down to do it again a thousand times over! Excellent

Great time! Mitch and Maurice were wonderful guides who skillfully got us to the right spots, helped us all have a great experience with the stingrays and then took us to Coral Gardens for an amazing time of snorkeling. We really appreciated our small group experience-some other nearby boats were so packed. Highly recommend!
Crew was great and very attentive! We went out on a windy day and still had a wonderful experience. We saw tons of stingrays, fish and even a couple turtles!

The boat crew was great! They educated the tourists on safety and directions regarding the stingrays and calmed those that were nervous.

Absolutely the best tour group on the island. We had a minor issue while on vacation and they were gracious in making our tour work. My recommendation is book the early tour. You get to the sandbar as one of the first groups and we were one of 13 people on the boat which allowed for more personal attention. Some other tour groups pulled up later with more than 50 people on the boat. Our guides were friendly, thoughtful, and perfectly managed a group ranging from an infant to folks well into their 60s. I can’t give them enough praise for the great experience we had. Captain Marvin’s is the one you should go with.

Perfect for anyone who wants to visit Stingray City and snorkel, but doesn’t want to spend much time there. We went in the early morning and there were no crowds. Boat captain helped us get close to the stingrays and feed them.
Crew was funny, helpful and very good at explaining things- George, Jamie and Rommel. Photos were amazing!
The crew was excellent. I recommend it to all that visit the Cayman. I lost my personal snorkeling in the ocean and the crew member jumped in and found them. Thanks guys it was my favorite pair

Thee best experience!! We have traveled to a variety of places and done a number of excursions and this was by far one of our favorites EVER! Captain Joseph was knowledgeable and fun, Jamie jumped in the water to teach us about the stingrays and helped everyone to get great pictures. snorkeling and swimming with these lovable creatures was an experience of a lifetime. They are social and enjoy being around people, the sting rays will brush up against you swim around your legs! Jamie was gentle and respectful with the rays as they approached him, he taught us how to do the same!
We are so thankful we went with Captain Marvin’s excursion as we had considered other companies but was turned off by the price or number of people on board. Captain Marvin’s was like a private charter with how small our group was. We plan to return with our children someday and will most definitely book with Captain Marvin.

A very professional, but fun outfit. Excellent boat crew with a great sense of humor. Felt safe as they always had eyes on everyone in the water.
Pick up from hotel on time, seeing the stingrays was great. Water depth at the sandbank and waves made it a little tricky for those with small children. Snorkelling at the coral reef was fun, would have liked a little more info on the types of fish we saw. Enjoyed seeing the stingrays swimming with the other fish. Overall a great trip with helpful crew.
The tour and the tour guides were great. They were funny, engaging and loved seeing how much they love and take care of the Sting Rays. Very knowledgeable!!

One of the best excursions I’ve ever done. The crew that took us out, Jordan, Joyce and Jimbo made sure we had a great experience. We saw many stingrays and went to a snorkeling location with so much fish and the clearest water I’ve ever seen. The bus driver Ian even went out of his way to drop us off at a beach so that we could do some more snorkeling. Thank you for the great experience!

We didn't go. The trip got canceled. Why? Because the other guests were coming from a cruise 🛳 ship but the ship got canceled. Consequently I received a call 📞 that is was canceled 😞
I cannot speak to the experience because we were not able to go due to being given the wrong address. I am an ultra planner we arrived early as we always do for excusions. We were told to go to 28 seafarers way via email. This is NOT the correct address it is 2 blocks from the correct address. We waited at the intersection for pick-up for 45 minutes. At 8 minutes past pick up time they called and told us to come two blocks away. We did, and got there in 5 minutes. The person at the shop said the group had just left and was entirely unsympathetic when I showed the email with the address we were given and my Google maps directions to that address. What would have been 5 minutes of waiting for them would have saved our vacation. I would not would not use this company.
This excursion was awesome. Was able to walk right from the port to a meeting point where they transferred us to the boat. Stingray city is something like I’ve never seen and snorkeling is always a good time. It was a small group (mostly people on the same ship) so it was nice to get to meet new people. They made sure anyone who wanted to hold and feed the stingrays were able to and they got a photo you could purchase. Crew was very nice and fun to talk to. One of the cheapest options out there and it was one of the best ones offered. We had a rougher seas (that’s what you get when u travel in December), but a lot of excursions got cancelled, ours wasn’t effected at all and most people were able to swim around just fine. Thanks guys!!!!
The weather wasn’t great but the crew made sure we had the best time, from the moment they picked us up to the moment they dropped us off. Getting the tickets online was also very easy!
