This tour came recommended by friends, and it did not disappoint! Our guide, Lara, was funny, engaging, and informative. She really made the experience terrific. We learned a lot of interesting and spooky history. Plus, we got to try dhowsing rods, which were fascinating. It was a pleasant walk through interesting neighborhoods. 10 out of 10 I'd recommend.

We have done haunted tours in other cities and they are hit-or-miss. This was definitely a hit! Our guide, Ali, was very informative and engaging. Whether you believe in paranormal things or not - a good haunted tour should still be exciting with historical information and macabre stories. This tour definitely fit the bill. Totally recommend for anyone who enjoys spooky stories and unique historical anecdotes. From a practical standpoint, the tour was easy to find, great communication from the company and guide, and the walk was very doable. Thanks, Ali - we had a fantastic time!!

Myself and my fiancée loved this! We made the booking at the last minute whilst waiting for our flight and we are so glad that we did. We were greeted by Karen and informed that we were the only ones on this tour which was a really positive surprise for us, normally tours cancel if the experience is not filled! Karen was a great storyteller and took us on an enjoyable walking tour across some locations and had either an interesting piece of history or horror to divulge, but all of it linking to each other! This experience is great for those who love history, walking, and morbid tales of the dead. It was one of two major highlights of the trip for us and we would love to do it again!

We enjoyed this tour with Emma. ( who was delightful) It was just the right length and great to see some of Rome at night. More of a gruesome deaths tour than a ghost tour but a very pleasant way to wile away an evening

We were told to be at the location 15 minutes prior to the tour starting. We were there 30min early. At 8 minutes prior to the tour still no sight of tour guide. When he did respond to my message on WhatsApp, no direct answer other than oh perfect. When we did find Mario he had bit of an attitude. No ghost and the 2 metal sticks were only brought out once and only worked when Mario was using them. Just really bad storytelling about abused women who killed the men abusing them. Tour was a waste of 50min and money.

Mario was a great guide, gave us time for questions and was very enthusiastic. My mistake that we almost joined the wrong group, meeting place is clear in from of the Castel Sant Angelo. Really enjoyed trying the dowsing rods, recommended if you're into the supernatural. Will be looking up all the stories we heard, great tour 😊

This was a fun walk with some mildly creepy stories, but mostly historical 'ghost stories' about creepy people. You'll be doing a decent amount of walking and the tour ends in a different location than the starting point, so just be aware. We had a great time.

Our guide was Ali and she did an amazing job! It was fun and informative. She has a long personal history with paranormal and investigations and it shows. We happened to have two of the rudest guests I’ve ever been around and she handled them like a true professional. I highly recommend the tour for those looking for something different. Great experience learning about the dark history of the Roman City Centre and communicating with the ghosts that haunt the street. I brought my nine year old and the Sonia (the guide) was sensitive to this regarding the details of some of the crimes (thank you!). We’ve been on multiple tours over the last week and a half (Colloseum, Pompeii, Positano, Vatican, etc.), and this was the only tour that engaged her and didn’t result in a “when are we going/is it over”. Well worth the cost for a mystical and spooky night along the streets of this former Empire!
