- Windsor Castle closures: As Windsor Castle is a working royal palace, sometimes the entire Castle or the State Apartments within the Castle need to be closed at short notice. Every Tuesday and Wednesday 24-26 December Castle closed
- Semi-State Rooms: During the winter months an additional five rooms, known collectively as the Semi-State Rooms, are included in the visitor route.
- St. George’s Chapel: St. George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services. It also closes at 4pm during the week, so please ensure that this is one of the first places you visit upon arrival.
- Infants aged 0-2 can join this tour for free however they must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian. If you would like a seat for your infant, please purchase a child ticket. We do not provide car seats.
- Classic Tour Option: Enjoy a scenic journey to your destination and enjoy entry to Windsor Castle.
- Signature Tour Option: Take advantage of the best views on the bus with our premium seating option plus a lunch pack. This option includes entry to Windsor Castle.

The chapel closes at 4;00- we weren’t told ahead of time and thus missed it.The audio guides were very good and the staff great at answering questions.BUT we felt the time allotted was too short.ESPECIALLY for the price.I wish we had known the train from London was so direct and easy ( plus much! less expensive)we would have been able to enjoy our visit.It felt very rushed.

After a cancellation, re-booking then a 45-minute late start because of "technical difficulties" which turned out to be the initial bus driver didn't show up, the trip was quite nice.
Our bus driver told stories and provided history as we drove through London and out to Windsor, which was entertaining.
The castle grounds are beautiful, especially the chapel. It was quite emotional to see the grave of Queen Elizabeth II.
I would recommend this trip.

Windsor Castle is not to be missed. Inside the castle is absolutely wonderful. Definitely go with the bus tour. Was convenient and goid to seecthe countryside.

Our Uber driver took us to Victoria Station Coach depot.
Cut it pretty close. Almost missed the tour.
Our driver, Antonio, was superb.

By the time you get in and have to leave you have about 2 hours which you will need to rush through to get it done. The tour come with a dining voucher which we didn’t get and we left at 5:00pm so was too early for dinner anyway. I suggest booking it on your own for this one.

Our bus driver was wonderful. He has been in London for 26 years and came from Albania. His detail and his communication, plus his concern for all the passengers were above and beyond

No......just take an Uber......all this trip does is transportation. Certainly not worth the money! Instructions were inconsistent.....meeting times and places were different. Instructions were that pick up and drop off would be in same place. They were not.

Was nice to see but not worth the money. Two hours on the bus for less then2 hours at Windsor. Plus, the drive, although he was nice, rushed from the bus to the ticket booth and the group had trouble staying together.

Very disappointed we were not advised at the time of the reservation that the church did not allow visitors on Sundays and also, this is a self guided tour. I could have done it on my own for a much lesser price.

The tour of the castle was very informative and skip the line tickets made it easy to enter the castle. I like the audio guide as it moved quickly, covering the highlights and we were able to choose the exhibits we wanted to see.

This was an awful experience. The pick -up location for the tour was never stated in the documents, and the location was poorly described. With being said we missed the tour bus because we could NOT find the pick-up location. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

We never took the trick because I turned ill at the last minute. In fact I had to see a doctor here in the United Kingdom. Because of your very rigid policy regarding refunds I couldn't even get a change of date on the trip. I realized you have a policy, but to Future customers beware if you book it and you have to change it at last minute you'll lose all your money like I did. Personally Jim and I was ill and can now prove it with receipts from the doctor and the pharmacy I think Viator should do something to help me out but I'm sure they're not going to

Tour bus driver was rude and was very hard to understand. The walk from the bus parking lot was too long. There was no narration on the bus. The audio boxes were very hard to see. The screen was too dim. The audio directions were poor at best. Once you finally got to an audio selection, the lines were too long to wait. So, out of the recommended sites to see, we saw nothing. The bus did not return to the original departure point. The driver dropped everyone off the bus at a station with no directions to get transportation back to our hotel. Tour was handled poorly. We would not recommend this tour to anyone. Tour should be removed! We would like a full refund for this tour.

Very nice tour. Very well organized. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was no photographs or video most places inside the castle. Other than that would definitely recommend taking this tour.
