The overall experience was very good. The service at the start, receiving and settling us in was very good. The overall ambience and staff service good. Thank you Victor, Farah and our wonderful driver for a great experience. I chose to get picked up from my hotel and it was super convenient. We got to the meeting point and met up with the other people. The ride was smooth to the floating market. And Victor gave us some history while we were driving of the different areas that we were going through. The floating market is cool, but I would definitely save my money for the train market because it is way cheaper. When we got to the train market, we had lunch that is not included, but still very affordable. Then we got the amazing experience of seeing the train go through the market first, being able to shop and then riding on the train. Victor and Farah handed out treats, took pictures for us and were so friendly. Such a cool experience would absolutely suggest it.

Delicious fun!

I thought this experience was a lot of fun. We got in line at pier four and waited to be told to board. We sat on the top floor and got to the buffet quickly after being told it was open. The food was good and lots was available for the buffet style. The music and shows were upbeat. I had a great time and recommend it to those that like a laid back sightseeing tour with dinner and desserts.

The moment I walked out of the plane, my agent was waiting for me. She was polite, kind and considerate. We went to the VIP lane without any trouble. She told me that it’s usually a 1 - 3 hour waiting time to get through customs. Thank god I paid extra to skip that and head directly to my hotel. Wonderful Experience!

This was such an awesome experience and a must-do for anyone visiting Chiang Mai! We started off climbing the sticky waterfalls before heading to the elephant sanctuary where we started with a bamboo raft down the river. We got to enjoy coconut waters, elephants and the beautiful scenery as we floated down towards our next stop, lunch! After lunch we got to the highlight of the trip, the elephants!!!! We got to feed, wash, and learn about these beautiful creatures. The entire 8 hour experience was incredible and Fluke, our tour guide, was awesome. He was funny and honest and made the experience that much better. Thank you, Fluke!

They Promise And They Deliver

I've always faced difficulties during arrivals due to my weak passport, so I decided to splurge on this service to not waste another 1 to 2 hours and start my trip on a bad note. It was much better than I expected! Flam was my guide and he was lovely, finding me the moment I stepped foot into the airport. He helped me with the dreaded immigration queue, luggage, SIM Card switching, currency exchanging, and didn't leave me until I was comfy and set in a luxury MPV straight to my hotel. We zipped through the entire thing so fast it was unbelievable. While venturing out to the Phi Phi Islands during the start of rainy season is probably not something most people would recommend due to the unpredictability of the weather, what I will say is that this tour likely became the highlight of our trip because of Yaya, the captain and crewmate, as well as the patience and generosity of the manager (I’m so sorry I forgot your name but you were so lovely in the brief time we spoke). For starters, the day was looking pretty bleak and dark, and with the cost of the trip in my mind, I was worried that it was going to be a total bust. The manager and team were super understanding of the situation, and gave us multiple options to assuage our concerns given the weather conditions. That alone was huge for us right there, as we didn’t feel locked into anything we didn’t want to do especially with factors outside of our control. We decided to go with one of the options which was venturing out to James Bond Island first and then deciding later whether to do Phi Phi Islands or not. Long story short, we ended up taking the risk and deciding to do Phi Phi Islands too, and thankfully we did — the weather cooperated with us just enough and cleared up even so that we could get the maximum potential of the trip. The boat ride and journey with Yaya and the team was fantastic — they were very attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a lot of fun to be around. Let me emphasize that they helped to make the cost of the trip beyond worth it. There’s nothing quite like walking into Maya Bay, with the weather not only cooperating with us, but the beach almost being entirely cleared out and empty because of the time of the year we selected to go. Also, Yaya is an exceptional photographer and videographer — we have some pretty insane footage that we probably would not have been able to take by ourselves without her help.
