Pleasant Tour

Another very informative tour of some nice sites in Paris and the outside of Notre Dame as well as entry tickets to the Louvre museum. I didn’t realize the Louvre Museum has about 14 KM pathway to see everything in it so it would take you a couple months to really look it over. But the tour in the museum was really spectacular.

Awesome walking tour!

Barbara was an excellent travel guide. Awesome personality, very knowledgeable and took pictures for all of us along the tour. We had the most amazing time seeing all the sights and even stopping along the way for some Parisian treats. The weather was absolutely fantastic and the company we had during the tour couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, wear sunscreen and bring water! There’s a ton of walking but it’s so worth it.

Our guide Omar was very knowledgeable and didn't rush us as we both have some mobility issues with the stairs. He answered everyone's questions and we had time to see all the popular exhibits. I really like having the ear phone so we could hear him as it was crowded and noisy.

Loved it!

This is a day trip and hence be prepared for a longer day. You do spend most of the time traveling about 4 hours each way but there is a pit stop on the way there and on the way back at places where you can get some food and use the restrooms. What I personally appreciated was the comfortable and very nice high end bus, both the your guide and the driver to make this day trip smooth and relaxing. Thank you Tony (our driver) and Asma (our tour guide) for a wonderful day. Asma shared history on the bus and also during our walk up to the Abbey when we arrived at Mont St Michel. I would love to return and spend the night to be able to see the light show as well as the tide come in. I'll also be sure to try the omelette next time :)

Meaningful, Well-Organized and Well-Curated Tour

What a well curated and well planned tour! We went into this expecting to be moved, but Sam did a fantastic job bringing the history to life. It was very evident that he was passionate about the topic, and had many details to help augment what we were seeing/visiting. So, so great. This is a tour that will stay with me for a while, and I appreciate the efforts that were made to make it so worthwhile.

Excellent experience!

We booked this trip over others because it gives you about an extra hour of time at Giverny which was needed to see the gardens and the house and sit for a bit. Otherwise, I think we would have been rushed or possibly missed one or the other. Especially if there had been bigger crowds. We were there in the afternoon and the sunlight was perfect. Our guide Emma was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this trip and her.

Bronson our tour guide was knowledgeable and accomodating to our group. Although we had been to France before, we had not been to this province. Our daughters who travel a great deal had high regards for this trip. The trip followed as expected except for the side stop at Rhimes which was a delightful addition. Bronson very kindly directed us to an eating establishment. What was also nice was that we saw both the traditional and modern champagne making processes. We learned some history about the region as well. The champagne tasting of course was great as well as the explanations about each type.Good choice available through Viator which we would recommend.

Best way to see Versailles Palace

This was a great tour that allowed us to skip the long lines at Versailles. We met at the designated spot not far from the Eiffel Tower, and took the Metro to Versailles with Mike, our guide - we had not yet used the Metro so it was helpful to have instruction on how the trains work. After the short walk from the station, we started the tour with only a few minutes to wait. Our guide shared his extensive knowledge of the history of the building as well as they royal members who once lived there. We had plenty of time to look around and take photos as we walked. At the end of the tour we decided to eat lunch at the Angelina's restaurant in the palace. Although there was a long line, it moved quickly and we were seated after about 15 minutes. Everything was delicious and the staff amazing, and after all the walking, we needed to sit and relax. Diners have a choice of a sit-down meal or a "take out" menu. We then went out into the gardens. The water fountains were not running the day we visited, which was a disappointment, but it was still beautiful. Although the tour was long, it was the best way to learn about the vast history of the palace. When I booked this tour, the information stated that we had the option to return on the Metro with the guide, but that was not the case. It wasn't a problem for us, as the station is a short distance, easy to find, but some in our group were disappointed. IT was a great tour that I would recommend.

Perfect day trip to enchanting Bruges. Canal cruise lovely. Enjoyed fries and waffles. Guide, Renaud, was relaxed and helpful. Viator tour description doesn’t match actual excursion. Besides the canal cruise, no guided tour of sites - perhaps advertise as self guided tour? Arrival to Tourism France at 6:30am, left standing on sidewalk.
