What are people saying about Paris

The tour was totally...
The tour was totally worth it. As soon as the guide let us go free, I got lost for hours and kept going in circles. This place is huge. You want a guide as you'll not find anything on your own easily 😂 I just wish the tour had been longer so we weren't so rushed through things!

Great tours!
We loved our Eiffel Tower tour with Maria! The tour process was simple and easy, we were guided through the tower and learned a lot along the way!
If you do the river cruise as well, recommend taking it early. It was worthwhile and gave a good point of reference for locations around paris. Likely not worth it for experienced visitors to the city.

Wonderful tour
Beautiful castle. Very crowded but with this tour you get right past everyone who is in line. They meet you in Paris and take the train with you. Your given detailed directions on how to return on the train by yourself which allows you plenty of time to tour the gardens on your own or walk around the beautiful town of Versailles. Our tour guide Bayo was excellent and knew a lot of historic details. This is a must tour if you visit Paris.

Outstanding Notre-Dame Tour
We’ve toured Notre-Dame Cathedral several times over the years, but this was our first visit back since the fire—and it was truly special.
Our guide, Saeed, made this the most memorable experience we’ve had. His depth of knowledge about the cathedral, its history, and the religious significance was impressive, and his enthusiasm brought everything to life in a meaningful way.
It was an incredibly enjoyable and insightful tour. We would highly recommend Saeed to anyone visiting Notre-Dame.

The “Art” of a Great Tour
Fantastic! This tour is great if you want to see key pieces so you don’t wander aimlessly. Our guide Mo was amazing. She was knowledgeable and you could tell that she really loved the art pieces on display. I don’t know much about art and was on the fence about even going but this one of my most favorite things I did in Paris!

A Must See
Absolutely worth the money. Don't even consider doing it on your own. This way we didn't have to worry about parking/public transport. We skipped the queues and our guide knew her history. She was so knowledgeable and shared with us insights into life before the revolution and meanings behind the artwork, fountains, gardens etc. Must be able to walk. Bring hat and water. 5 🌟

Great tour, but . . .Need better initial instructions from VIATOR!
Very good tour but you are standing a lot. Also, no reflection on the guide, but Viator should provide MORE SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS about meeting the guide. They are written as if you are going to an “office” to redeem tickets when you are not. You at
Re meeting the guide holding a green sign. So JUST say that. Several of us were panicking because we didn’t know where to go or what to do.

Pretty Picnic by the Grand Canal
It was one of the best tours that I have taken in my travels. It was the best combination of museum touring and active sightseeing on bicycles, which suits both my husband and I perfectly. Lola was an amazing guide of the Versailles Palace. She was engaging and informative and funny. And Matt was a superb bicycle tour guide. My favorite part was the tour of the palace while my husband is still talking about the picnic on the grand Canal. Well done.

Great tour with a great guide!
What a great tour! We aren’t art historians or art lovers but Oliver kept us very interested from start to finish. The information and funny personal anecdotes he provided grabbed our attention all the way to the end. We did the succinct tour which took us to the major pieces. Perfect for my attention span. Oliver made it fun and enjoyable.

Eiffel Tower tour
Meeting point a little confusing and was a sided street near the address in the documents, and you didn't need to swap the itinery for tickets prior to meeting. The guide Ali was excellent, great rapport, good sense of humour, plenty informative. We did the walk to 2nd then lift to summit. If your legs can take just under 700 steps it was worth it. We did the early tour and queues were minimal but building steadily after we set off.

In awe of this tour
This experience was almost impossible to describe. Our tour guide was a lovely Indian woman who was very knowledgeable and did a great job of managing the group. The tour was amazing. It was stunning beyond description. We will do it again! Fantastic!!!!

Our Guide was terrific.
Our guide was fabulous — enthusiastic about the chocolates, breads, and other goodies we tasted, but equally enthusiastic and descriptive of the rich history of Paris and the Marais District. When I (80) got droopy about half way through, she graciously suggested a break for water, coffee or cola. When one of the destinations was closed unexpectedly, she easily and cheerfully regrouped. When it started sprinkling she entertained us with more tales while we waited and then shepherded us on our way. I wish I could remember her name - she accounts for all of the stars, along, of course, with the great goodies.
