Pay attention on the ride back to the hotel

Ty pick up no issues, the tour and guide great!!! The drop was was very disappointing. It started with us changing shuttles to a non-English speaking driver (we booked an English tour) and he took 52min to get us to our hotel once we passed it the first time. He went to a hotel no one was staying at and I had to ask twice if he was going to our hotel. We passed our hotel within one block twice, we should have made him stop to let us out and walk. That was very disappointing after a great tour!

Super informative Canal & Panama City Highlights Tour

Excellent, informative tour of the Panama Canal and other interesting sites in Panama City. Gabriel did an excellent job working around some last minute changes in the Canal Visitor Center’s schedule due to the recent earthquake. We had a couple of folks from China who spoke no Spanish and only a bit of English, but Gabe was super patient working through translations. I really knew very little about the operations and pride Panamanian’s have for this complex and critical logistics link. Also loved the beautiful views of the city from the marina. One final stop on the tour was the high end hat shop near the Plaza Mayor…I came back later to make a purchase. All in all a great tour, gracias Gabriel!

Great experience

My parents and I booked this tour on our layover in Panama. We received multiple messages with detailed instructions about 1 week before our trip. However, we never expected an earthquake to shatter our schedule. Our flight was delayed for 8 hours so we basically missed out the deadline for cancellation. Immediately after my notification about missing out the tour, I received an instant message about making up for the missed tour. I was completely shocked about their professionalism and caring response. I was offered a new tour the next morning without any additional cost. I was picked up the next morning on time. Both KiKei and Jimmy were super attentive. We were able to catch the ship passing through the lock and the train passing by on our first try. The tour guides were very meticulous about timing so we can see all the actions at the Canal. After the Canal, we were dropped off at old town and were given a highly detailed explanation about all the buildings there. Overall. I highly recommend this tour company. They turned one of my most stressful travel experience into a great one with a lot of wonderful memories.

The tour was incredible They have a very good organization from start to finish, you can tell the experience they have and how good they are at doing it, all the staff is trained, they speak to you in English and Spanish, you never feel like you are missing anything The atmosphere on the boat is very pleasant, it is clean, they are very environmentally conscious Taboga Island is very beautiful, the prices are accessible, you spend a very relaxed afternoon, there are many local people All the staff guys make you have a very pleasant experience, there is a very good atmosphere, you have fun, dance and make friends, the food they offer you is very delicious and there is an open bar On the way you make a stop to swim, the views and the sea are incredible, a must-do on your visit to Panama

Great Experience!

I had an amazing experience, even though it was raining and chill out, the crew made sure we had a great time, the only thing we needed was the sun to make it an unforgettable experience. One of the crew members Miguel assisted me in getting in the water since I don't know how to swim, that was very sweet he was there watching over me while i was able to enjoy the water. Loved that the tour was both in english and spanish, also history based. The dance and the activities were great. Overall an amazing experience.
