It was a really enjoyable...

It was a really enjoyable experience. Totally met the expectations and guide and captain went above and beyond to ensure a memorable day for us. Didn't care too much for the starfish-stop, as you just sit in the boat and watch some starfish (I had a middle seat, so I didn't even see properly), but as it is on the way anyways, it was okay, to slow down from the speedboat ride for a 5min break. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed this tour. The crew were very accommodating and took steps to ensure we got to take the tour in the first place due to road closures that impacted the ground transit. The Pacific Queen was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. Lunch was yummy!

Panama 🇵🇦 City Tour

Our tour guide Gabrielle was excellent. He shared so much history about Panama. I didn’t think that I would enjoy the Panama Canal tour but it was worth it. Morgan Freeman narrating the movie in 3D was spectacular. Visiting casoco Viejo AKA Old Town was the icing on the cake. The food and drinks were great and not too expensive.

Definitely Go. Guide Eduardo is fantastic!

It was great. Our guide, Eduardo, was excellent. Spoke fluent English and Spanish and gave info in both. Knew about history and areas, answered all questions, made us feel safe, was patient, gave tips on other things to do and places to go and how to get there without being a salesman. Just helpful. Super nice young man. Lots of smiles and laughs while seeing and learning about Panama. On request they also picked us up from Playa Bonita at our resort. Only a little bit extra and did not ask for anything more. Our driver, whose name I am sorry to say I forgot, was amazing. Quiet and focussed on the road which was great cuz the roads are super busy with everyone going every which way. He did it expertly and fast. I would highly recommend booking with them. Also, if you want to be dropped off at a spot along the way and go from there on your own - that’s ok too. Some people on the bus did that. Ooh - DO see the movie at Mileflores lock. May sound boring but it wasn’t at all. Thanks again. JO & Pat from BC

Easiest and most comfortable way to see the canal.

This is an easy, comfortable way to experiece the canal for family members of all ages. We spent all of our time on the upper deck where viewing was best, but the airconditioned areas on the lower decks also offered good viewing. Breakfast and lunch were basic but both were quite good and made with fresh ingredients. Our tour guide was very knowledable about all aspects of the canals history and current operations. On the whole, an excellent experience.

A fabulous way to spend a day

This trip was amazing. Yes, we were on the boat for 12 hours with about 200 of our newest best friends. But everything worked well for the entire day. Check-in was organized and orderly. We read before the trip that one review compared the meals to airplane food, but if that's true we'd like to know what airline the reviewer was talking about; while the meals aren't 5-star, they were certainly fresh and enjoyable. The entire crew was helpful and friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. Special kudos goes to the guide who spent hours telling us about the canal and answering questions throughout the entire trip. The guide and the rest of the crew also managed to keep everything in order without being heavy-handed; passengers were told the do's and don't's of travel on the boat and it worked as everyone seemed to comply. even the return trip on buses was well organized and timely. And finally, about the canal, if you've ever thought about going, you should.

We were stranded in...

We were stranded in Panama for a day because of delayed flight and this tour made it all better. It’s our first time in Panama and Leo , our tour guide, made us want to visit again someday. We saw some sloths, Panama Canal , drove us around the city and took us to a restaurant that serves excellent local food. 10/10!!

I think this tour is going to be the highlight of my visit in Panama.. It was all I expected plus more. From start to finish Logan our tour guide was friendly and professional. Communication with him was very clear and it would seem like you knew him forever!!! He's very helpful, always willing to give a helping hand. I would like to visit again with more family membwrs because I think everyone should experience this interaction with the Embera tribe!!! I will definately book Logan again for future tours!!!!!!!

A wonderful private tour

Our tour with Dennis was very nice. He arrived on time, the car was very comfortable with AC ( very important for hot Panama City weather). We were able to see the important sites in Panama City. Along the tour, he explained the history of the city and the canal. We even got to see a few sloths very close, an added bonus and made our day. All in all, we had a wonderful time.
