Captain Pierce made her birthday unforgettable.

Captain Pierce was amazing! He was hilarious and shared information about the different flowers and limestone along the way. We did this for her birthday, and she loved every minute of it. They decorated the raft with her name and balloons in her favorite color, which made it even more special. She even got to steer the bamboo raft and really enjoyed that! The river was beautiful, and the whole experience was amazing. Definitely recommend it, and we would love to return!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worth every single penny! Every time I come back to Jamaica it’s mandatory we book this excursion. One place many different excursions to explore! Me and my cousin did Zipline, Snorkel, Horseback riding, ATV, then finished off with the Party Boat. We were out there from 10:30am-5:20pm. I enjoyed it so much, I’m smiling ear to ear typing this review lol. Shoutout to Rick and Richie (Zipline) Fireman (Horses) and Speeder (ATV) those men were very patient and willing to record you on the excursions. THANK YOU CHUKKA for the best experience EVA!

The tour itself was great, and we really enjoyed the experience. However, the communication and customer service leading up to the tour were very disappointing. The pricing through Viator was not communicated clearly. We were initially told the cost was $270, only to be contacted the day before the tour and told that an additional $260 was still owed. That is a significant additional amount that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. The full price of the tour, including any remaining balance that will be due, needs to be disclosed upfront and clearly communicated before tickets or confirmations are sent. Customers should not be surprised with an additional charge the day before their scheduled tour. Great tour overall, but the communication and transparency regarding pricing definitely need improvement.

I actually made a mistake when booking, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out without making it stressful. Throughout our excursions, he made sure our entire group was taken care of and had everything we needed. He was also so accommodating when we wanted to explore things outside of our original excursion plans. The next day, we decided we wanted to get massages, and he helped arrange that for our group as well! What stood out most was how reliable, kind, and genuinely helpful he was. Mark was our driver and started the trip with an excellent explanation of the area as we made our way to Lethe River. Jerome made the experience on the river unforgettable with history, laughs, a wonderful limestone massage. The kindness shown to my elderly mom by both men made the day truly memorable!!! Fantastic family day out – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic day as a family of four visiting the Blue Hole, Secret Falls and Dunn’s River Falls with SNL Jamaican Tours Ltd. Jermaine, our tour guide, was brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. We also really enjoyed hearing about Jamaica’s history and culture along the journey. Jermaine pointed out interesting landmarks and places as we travelled, which made the drive itself part of the experience. We stopped for lunch at Linda’s and the food was delicious – everything from the lobster to the fish was really tasty and a lovely addition to the day. The waterfalls were amazing, the whole day was well organised and we came away with some lovely family memories. We would definitely recommend this tour, SNL Jamaican Tours and especially Jermaine!

Amazing!

We climbed the falls which was amazing, Ramoy the photographer was great and captured some really nice memories of my son and I. Dunns river was an exceptional experience but when we got the blue hole we were amazed, it was beautiful, we had a wonderful guide that was giving us facts about Jamaica, he was great. The water was clear blue, there were platforms to jump off and a rope swing, my 14yr old son was in his element. I’m so glad I bought the combo excursion as blue hole is a must in my opinion. Thank you for an amazing time!
