Such a good experience! Communication was very quick with responses and detailed with information. Our driver Godfrey was very informative of the area. He made sure we got to see what we wanted & made sure we had a great time. He got us to & from our ship in great time! This excursion was beautiful! This is a great excursion. Blue hole is amazing. Dunn’s River Falls were crowded but fun to ascend. Our guide Christine was amazing and kept us informed and pointed us to the right shops for shopping and food. We didn’t feel pressured but and had a great time. Made it back to the ship on time!

We had an amazing time at Dunn's River Falls and the Blue Hole. The climb at Dunn's River was very unique because we climbed up the limestone rocks as the water fall was cascading down. We were able to jump and wade in the water as well during the climb up. Our guides Adrian and Pitbull were very experienced and put us at ease. The Blue Hole was beautiful as well. We started with small jumps and then did a bigger jump at the ends. This was a great tour for our kids who are 9, 11, and 13. Our driver was Craig who was also very energetic and informative. We highly recommend this tour.

⭐ Amazing Day Trip! If You're Thinking About Booking It... Just Do It!

If you're on the fence about booking this excursion, just do it! We had an absolute blast. As two grown adults, we truly felt like kids again for the day! Our driver, Godefroy, was fantastic and made sure we had the best experience from start to finish. The guides at both locations were amazing as well. The guide at the Blue Hole was especially unforgettable. I dont know his name, but he was a young guy who had just gotten braces, and he made the whole experience so much fun! On the drive, Godefroy took the time to show us Jamaican herbs, fruits, and trees while sharing interesting facts about the country and its culture. It made the journey just as enjoyable as the excursion itself!

Great experience for first time Jamaica visitors seeking a fun adventure. These excursions do require some sort of physical ability because you will be walking and climbing through water and it can be strenuous. The guides will do everything with you and make sure things are done safely.

Godfrey is the man! It was raining and dunns river falls was closed. The blue hole was open and Godfrey was quick to take us there and then back to Dunns. Without his smart decision we might not have been able to do both! Godfrey saved the day!

Amazing Day Out

This was such a fun day out and I would highly recommend it. Both the Falls and the Blue Hole were so much fun. We were even able to stop for a late lunch at Linda’s afterwards. Remember to bring water shoes with good grip on the bottom and a waterproof cover for your phone. I would also recommend purchasing the photos from the photographers at each place since they are really well done.

Overall, the activities were great as expected at the Dunn River and the Blue Hole, except when we asked the driver taking us to a local restaurant for lunch, he took us to a "tourist trap" restaurant which name Linda's. They have a separate menu for tourists with US dollar listed only and the prices are up to sky. We ended up let the Kids ate only. It ruined our mood since then.

Wear swimwear, be prepared for the salesman after. Great time, the wife and I loved this tour. Guides and driver were super nice. Made it that much more enjoyable. If you don’t want to get wet this isn’t for you.

Beautiful scenery. The falls were so nice, perfect temperature. It's definitely not for the weak, very physical. The guides were amazing with helping to navigate everyone safely through. Godfrey our tour guide was exceptional as well.

My first experience was to be caught up in false advertisement regarding the pick up from my hotel. After booking, much later I got an email informing me I would have to make alternative arrangements or pay $150 USD more to be picked up from my hotel, I was outside of the window to cancel with refund there was no communication for a long time with the local organizer of alternative pick up time at Hotel Riu or Hotel Eden Bay but repeated statement of no refund, and then an offer to change date to be allowed to pay for the pick up (because that arrangements had to be made 24 hours prior to the pick up time). We eventually had to make personal arrangement to get to the activity. Dishonest! The site should have stated from the beginning no pick up from this site and not send confirmation that pick up is confirmed and later say it is not at my site, when this was clearly indicated. I am a very planned and organized individual, so one can imagine how this series of events evoked a great measure of unsettling emotions at play ... and on my birthday! Not what I expected. Not what I planned. The activity itself - I had fun, I planned to enjoy myself and I did. I am happy I was able to get to Dunn River Fall with my own transportation. I believe a refund of some kind would be appropriate .

Godfrey was amazing! He had great suggestions and had us back to the ship in plenty of time! Our guys at the falls were just as amazing. We had Stucky as our guide and Craig was our photographer/ videographer. We were so impressed by their ability to remember everyone’s individual names. We paid for the pictures and they were totally worth it!

The good thing about this company is you can trust them . We had booked to go to Dunns river and the blue hole , but the blue hole was closed so they promised to come back the next day and take us which they did !

Really fun active excursion. Since the boat excursion was sold out, we looked into other options, and this one looked good. I’ll start by saying if you’re not relatively nimble on your feet or if you’re not comfortable around the water, then this one’s not for you. There is a lot of walking through rapids, stepping on rocks. Our guides were great, Godfrey was our driver, and at Dunns River Falls we had Trevor Williams and photog Robert. At the Blue Hole we had Courtney and another guide who was a powerhouse. The guides were fun and did their best to keep us safe. Only issues we had were at the port finding our shuttle, they had our name on a list but told us to wait and basically forgot we were there. By the time they sent us to the bus (about 20 minutes in oppressive heat) everyone else was the bus and they squeezed us in. Also, there are a lot of non-tour people trying to sell you stuff, so keep your head down and keep walking. No handshake, and DO NOT let them put objects in your hand! You’re welcome, now go have FUN in Jamaica mon!

The driver did a good job. What I didn’t like and it’s probably not the driver’s fault is at the falls and the blue hole constantly requesting tips. I was going to tip anyway, but all the guides we had blatantly told us we needed to tip them and I didn’t care for that.

Both the blue hole and the dunn falls hike was just amazing. For the blue hole do ask for lido "the babysitter" as your guide. He was amazing, with a our group where we had kids from 7 to 12, and some with fear of jumping into water. He was patient and made sure we had fun. Our tour driver was very informative and took good care of us. Showing us some good spots for food, shopping and giving us time to do each of the two experience at our own pace. Over all recommend for everyone.

Our driver, Lenroy took excellent care of us the entire trip. He made sure we were comfortable, assured us he was on our time and was very patient. As he drove us he showed us places in Ocho Rios and told us the history of the place. He also made sure we weren't charged more than regular fee for the pictures at Dunns River. While Dunn's River was beautiful, the guide left us to our own devises. Obviously that has nothing to do with our driver, but it still sucked. We had a good time because we made it so. Blue Hole was smaller but the guys took much better care of us there. Paid attention to our safety and helped us have a good time. All in all excellent experience because of Lenroy, the beauty of Dunn's River and the guys at Blue Hole.

Great Safe Full Jamaican Experience Cruise Excursion

We had a fantastic time! Great itinerary that our cruise ship didn't offer, and Sunshine and Godfrey made it so much more fun. Excellent direct communication via email from the start. Worked with our cruise ship schedule and we were picked up from the port. Felt very safe and that we got completely immersed in Jamaica. Visited 2 beautiful natural sites, got to see lots of the Ocho Rios area traveling to and from destinations, met people of Jamaica, and learned about their culture and language. There were about 22 people on our tour bus. Only complaint is that we had to wait about an hour for some people on our bus rafting on the White River, but we asked our tour guides to take us to a restaurant to get some food while we waited, so we got that culinary experience too.

This was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend. The views are amazing and you get to see it up close and personal. You can choose how much or little you want to do. Our tour guide from both locations were awesome and very knowledgeable. They definitely know how to keep you safe. And our driver Godfrey was super accommodating and made sure we got the full experience and got back safely and on time!! Would definitely do this tour again!

Our family of 4 had a blast today at Dunn’s River Falls and the Blue Hole. Our guide Sunshine and our driver Godfrey took great care of us. We didn’t realize there was a third option to our tour/tubing so that was a little frustrating to find out after the fact but we ended up finding lunch nearby while we waited for the rest of our tour to finish up the tubing. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the everything about our trip! Can’t wait to come back!
