Amazing tour!

Our private tour in and around Ocho Rios was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Dalton was an incredible guide! Honestly, we learned more in just a few hours on this tour than we did during the rest of our entire 7-day stay. Quest is the Best!

We had an incredible time with Quest!! The communication with Dalton was great. He was able to accommodate us even when our cruise was delayed and always responded back promptly. A HUGE shoutout to Albert, our driver! He made sure we had the best time visiting Jamaica! When we were driving between sites, he gave us the history of Jamaica and tons of fun facts. He allowed us to stop at stores on the way back and ensured everything was perfect! Typically, I would book through the cruise ship company but am so glad I booked with Quest. They made this experience personal and private. We had a great time at the excursions and can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we landed at Ian Fleming International Airport, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and it was all thanks to our incredible driver, Albert. Albert was waiting for us right at the airport — no confusion, no hassle — and whisked us straight to the lobby of the Riu Ocho Rios with ease. The same seamless service applied on our return trip, picked up right from the hotel lobby and delivered safely back to the airport. You honestly couldn't ask for a smoother experience. But here's the thing — this was SO much more than just a transfer. Albert turned what could have been a simple A-to-B drive into an unforgettable introduction to the island. He went out of his way to give us a little tour along the route, sharing his incredible knowledge of Jamaica — the best places to visit, hidden gems to explore, and local tips you won't find in any guidebook. His passion for the island was truly infectious! On top of all that, Albert was one of the most personable, kind, and fun people we met during our entire trip. He was also a very safe driver, which gave us complete peace of mind on the road. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. Great experience!

Our driver Courtney picked us up on time from the hotel, took us to a lovely view of Ocho Rios on the way to the lagoon, and was very friendly and courteous. The lagoon experience was like nothing else we’ve encountered before. We were worried whether we would see much luminosity in the water as it was nearly a full moon, but it did not fail, it was very bright, like blue led light in the water. The boatmen, sorry cannot remember their names, were also very helpful, took some pictures of us on their phones and air-dropped them onto our phones for free. We stayed in the water maybe for 15-20 minutes, which was plenty. The water was very warm.

Great Option Instead of Cruise Ship Excursion

I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.

Glad we made it

Both excursions were so much fun and actually a mild mark on our bucket list. The guides at each tour were awesome. However, our driver to and from the excursions was awful. His driving was crazy and wild. He left us at Dunn’s River to pick up other people at another excursion. We left our excursion early because he told us to be out front at a certain time. We end up waiting 30 minutes before he came back. I had to call and text the office to find out what was happening. Once picked up, he proceeded to tell me we basically finished the excursion and we didn’t miss anything. I don’t think that should be told to someone who has spent their money and traveled so far for the experience. These excursions were fun and worth it, but that transfer driver Rajesh was awful

Fabulous boat and great staff

The entire team was so welcoming a d the boat was so nice. My family was celebrating my mom’s 60th bday and Vaughn and his team decorated the boat for her which was so thoughtful. We bought our own drinks and snacks on the boat. We swam whenever they stopped the boat amd felt safe knowing the team was nearby. Theres an inside area, and 3 levels (O explored all three) I booked the 3 hour session but just like the reviews said I could have stayed even longer, it was so fun. Highly recommend and would come back

Best natural falls without the tourist frenzy

Beautiful falls, great walk through the river, multiple falls, and jungle. Our river guide, Kimarley, was great - fun, patient, low key, provided great info along tour. Be prepared for a great workout in the cool river water for the majority of the experience. The included lunch was delicious—my curry chicken was made with wild turmeric growing on the property. Seems like a family run business, all those at property were friendly and welcoming—including the domino players! Treacherous 90 minute drive from Negril due to road conditions, so be prepared if you’re prone to car sickness. Our driver Damien was familiar and knew when to slow down and when to hit the gas. Overall, highly recommended if you want a natural excursion away from the beach and tour group crowds.

10/10 Across the Board!

My driver’s name is Mark. He took such great care of me during my transport. He took the time to get my favorite genre of music to play to make the ride more enjoyable. We stopped for pictures at the Negril signage (10/10 photographer!) We also stopped for authentic jamaican cuisine and the jerk chicken and bammy was incredible!!!!!!! I got a private driver, personal DJ, photographer and perfect food suggestions all in one. Most importantly I arrived to my hotel safely and in a timely manner. This was honestly one of my best travel experiences, it set the bar so high for the rest of my vacation. I will be booking my return transfer through them again and when I return I know who to book!
