Great private itinerary
We had a fantastic excursion visiting El Jem, Monastir and Kairouan, and it was made even better by our driver, Azzouz.
Azzouz was brilliant from start to finish – very friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He drove safely and confidently throughout the trip, making sure we were comfortable and had plenty of time to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed.
What really stood out was how welcoming and accommodating he was. He went above and beyond to make the day enjoyable and made the whole experience stress-free.
If you're booking an excursion in Tunisia, I would highly recommend asking for Azzouz. He's an absolute credit to the team and genuinely helped make our trip memorable. Thank you, Azzouz!

Really private tour, with guide!
Great trip.
It doesn't last all day, it finished around 3 PM. They pick us up at the hotel punctually, in a large van just for us. The tour is really private, only for those who booked with you, despite the large van.
You don't really pay anything extra, neither entrance fees nor tips, and you only have to have lunch if you want, you can choose to follow the tour to finish earlier. We won up to the guide's local sweet.
Attention to the clothes! Outside of El Jem, the other attractions are religious, men have to cover below the knee, not at the knee, really below, and they must also cover their shoulders.
The guide is super friendly!

Memorable day seeing what remains of Carthage
The highlights of our private day tour in the Tunis area were seeing the remains of ancient Carthage (both Roman and pre-Roman times) and, at our request, the WW2 American Cemetery in North Africa, which is splendid. We also walked streets in the seaside town of Sidi Bou Said and visited the Medina and Bardo Museum. Wish we’d had more time at the Bardo. Tell your guide if you’d like to take it in more slowly. We were impressed that our guide took us several places connected to ancient Carthage, including the cisterns where Romans stored water coming from the mountains via aqueduct. A fast-paced and enjoyable day.

A day in Tunisia’s Bulla Regia and Dougga
A historical delight. Bulla Regis is where Romans lived above-ground in good weather and below-ground in the heat of summer. We saw beautiful and original mosaics in underground rooms. Next, we crossed the Atlas Mountain range to reach Dougga, where we saw a vast Roman city in ruins, including the Capitol. Both local guides have expertise, but can be talking from in front, making it a challenge to hear. Do some homework on both sites before going. On the way back to Tunis, we stopped in Testour to see the backwards clock and purchase a cup of tasty pomegranate juice.

Unforgettable!
We had an absolutely brilliant day with our guide and driver Karim. Hotel pickup from sousse was on time and the drive between each stop was an easy and comfortable 1hr each. The scenery on the drive between each destination is beautiful too. Watch out for the flamingos. We spent a bit of time exploring the medina and mosque in kairouan first, which was brilliant. The next stop was el jem and we had a great time walking around the sites at our own pace. The Ribat of Monastir was also fantastic and we recommend you go up the watch tower for amazing views. Please note, it's very narrow steps. We got back to the hotel around 5. It's a long day but didn't feel like it and we do recommend if you're into your islamic and Roman history.

Our driver Amir was simply great! He was friendly at all times, very accommodating, and always drove carefully and safely. During the drive, we were able to have nice conversations, laugh together, and had a lot of fun – it was guaranteed never to be boring!
The sights were simply fantastic and absolutely impressive. Thanks to Amir's great tips, his helpful recommendations, and his creative ideas, this excursion became an all-around successful experience and, in the end, an absolutely unforgettable day. Thank you very much, Amir, for your kindness, your effort, and this wonderful day! We can highly recommend the tour and, above all, Amir as a driver. 😊

An Unforgettable Two-Day Sahara Desert Adventure! 🇹🇳🐪🌅
What an incredible experience! This two-day Sahara Desert tour was truly one of the highlights of my time in Tunisia!
From visiting the magnificent El Jem Amphitheater, which I found even more spectacular than the Colosseum in Rome, to hiking in the Atlas Mountains, every stop offered something special.
One of my favorite cultural experiences was visiting a traditional family home, where we watched freshly baked bread being prepared and enjoyed it with honey, olive oil, and delicious rosemary tea. Such a simple yet memorable experience!
We also visited Matmata, explored the famous Star Wars filming location, enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch, and visited the Great Mosque.
But the absolute highlight was our overnight stay at the desert camp in Sabria. Experiencing the Sahara under the stars, watching bread being baked right in the desert sand, and enjoying live traditional music and performances made the evening simply magical.
A special thank-you to our wonderful tour guide, New York, and our driver! Their hospitality, professionalism, and dedication helped make this adventure such an enjoyable and memorable experience. Having a knowledgeable guide and a dependable driver made all the difference as we traveled across this beautiful country.
The food throughout the tour was delicious, the cultural encounters were authentic, and the entire adventure gave me an even deeper appreciation for Tunisia’s beauty, history, and hospitality.
As I prepare to leave Tunisia for my next destination, I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable way to conclude my time here. I’m incredibly grateful that I chose this tour as one of my final experiences in this beautiful country.
Without question, one of the best experiences I’ve had in Tunisia. Highly recommended!

A perfect half day tour of Tunis.
This was the perfect tour for those with limited time . We were collected from our cruise port in a comfortable, air conditioned van and treated to 5 hours of insightful and professional service from our excellent guide Montessar. He prioritised our interests, ensuring we arrived at each destination at a time to minimise crowds and showing us aspects of Tunis Medina , Carthage and Sidi Bou Said beyond the usual tourist track. His knowledge of history is immense, making for a fascinating overview of the area. He ensured that our route minimised walking difficulty for an older member of our group whilst remaining full of interest.
Highly recommended.

Perfect Day in Tunis
The Medina was more laid back than I expected and it was fun. The ruins at Carthage wss well worth the visit. Sidi Bou Said was beautiful but the number of visitors and traffic detracted from the tour. Rajeb was an excellent driver/guide. He was informative and dependable.

It was a delightful day -...
It was a delightful day - (I was the only one on the tour which was ok). It is definitely a long day if you are taking this tour from Sousse but the sights that I was able to see made it worth it. My guide BouBou was knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I had a positive experience. It was my first time in Tunisia and this tour made me want to return. The Bardo Museum was EXCELLENT - I enjoyed it very much. Carthage was ok (but the trails that allowed you to wander among the ruins were all blocked off which was a bit of a disappointment - not sure of the reason for it). But nevertheless it was still interesting. Sidi Bou Said was beautiful - reminded me a lot of Santorini with many quaint little shops. It wss the first day of Ramadan (which I had not realized when I booked the trip) and while it did not impact my tour - I had a nice lunch at the restaurant - nevertheless I would suggest those planning to trip to Tunisia perhaps if at all possible try to work around the Ramadan fasting month.

Half day tour of Carthage & Sidi Bou Said
We did a half day tour of Carthage and Sidi Bou Said with Mr. Lassad Chebbi, tour guide, and Mr. Adem Mallouli, driver. Mr. Chebbi was very informative and gave us a lot of details about the history of Carthage and the ruins around the Carthage Museum, aqueduct & cisterns, the impressive Antonine Baths, Tophet sanctuary, Punic port, and paleo-Christian museum. Since we are from the US, he also took us to see the North Africa American Cemetery. We then went to Sidi Bou Said where we strolled along the main street and took in the sights. It was very convenient to have the driver drop us off at so many different places that would have been challenging to navigate without a car.
