Had a lovely time with the group and our guide, Casper was super nice and very helpful. He provided some great information and stories about each location and provided us with an amazing list of recommendations in Zakopane and also, some of his favorite spots in Krakow. We were able to experience the proper polish food and snacks experience thanks to him!

We looked at lots of different trips to Auschwitz before booking this one, I'm glad we found it. Great service, picked up and dropped off outside our apartment (even though it wasn't on the list). Friendly driver, nice and clean van/mini bus. A very moving experience in Auschwitz, one that we have wanted to do for quite some time. Was easy when you get there, driver takes you to meet the guide and is waiting for you afterwards. Then driven to the second camp for another tour. Won't forget it in a hurry! There's alot of walking to do, I was very glad the weather was really good. Would definitely recommend this tour!

I booked this only a few days in advance after my original tour was cancelled through another company who then wouldn’t give me another slot in the dates I was in Krakow. From the moment i booked there was someone on the other end of the phone to ensure my trip was all confirmed and even helping me with the best pick up spot. Travel was relaxing and I was picked up on time by Wojtek, who also was very helpful and patient, taken to autschwitz and back to krakow that afternoon with absolutely no hassle. The tour guide was also brilliant and very informative. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly, prompt pick up from hotel in clean & comfortable transport. Driver Patrick was very helpful as was the tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Experience was sobering and really gives you an understanding of the atrocities that went on.

I booked the organized tour for Auschwitz and Birkenau along with my husband and we were extremely satisfied with it. It was very well organised; The pickup and dropoff at our address made it easy and stress free. The driver was very knowledgeable of polish history and told us many things about his country we didn't know. Absolutely fabulous day out with a super guide/driver. Picked up early by Matthew who gave us information on places we past en-route and on where we stopped. The scenery and weather was outstanding. Nothing was rushed at all, would definitely recommend 👍

The day started really well with a really friendly and funny driver. The tour at the mine is well organised to give you plenty of time and information to get the history of the amazing salt mines. There are a couple of free time stops to rest and refresh. Great experience

We had an amazing day at the Salt Mine in Krakow. The tour operator was fantastic. They kept us updated every step of the way. From booking to keeping updated on pick-up times etc the driver was on time, told us exactly where he would pick us up from etc we arrived & was shown to our tour & met our tour guide who was again fantastic in leading us round the Salt mine. Would highly recommend 👌
