This is a must do!

We started off visiting a historical house in the highlands, learning about their life then and now. Then we enjoyed some vodka and local cheese. After that we went to the mountains of Zakopane where we got the cable car, had time to explore and eat lunch. We ended the day with the thermal baths which were crowded but enjoyable. There are many different pool options both indoor and outdoor, as well as a sauna and salt therapy room. It was a perfect day with our guide Kacper and I made some friends on the bus!

We were given all the information required in advance. Pick up was on time, driver courteous and friendly. Ordered the packed lunch which was very nice and reasonably priced. Communication was extremely convenient, especially via WhatsApp, with clear instructions and quick responses at every step. Even though I arrived with my own car, it was very easy to find the meeting point thanks to precise directions and guidance on where to park. The tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing deep insight and context throughout the visit, which made the experience far more meaningful. And amazing day out exploring castles

We took this tour in mid April as a private tour and it was truly stunning. Our guide Maciej was amazing. He picked us up and on the way to the first castle and throughout the whole trip he explained so much about the area, the castles and Polish history. Very intersting. We had plenty of tie to explore. We do higly recomment this trip and will be doing it again when we´ll be in Cracow. We are travelling a lot, but this was for sure one of the best tours we´ve ever done.

Great comms from the team from start to finish, friendly and helpful. From pickup to drop off, tour was very good and the mines are well worth a look, we were genuinely stunned at the vastness and detail within. Slight issue with pickup, in that a medical emergency meant a delay in getting to us, but Martin sorted us with a pre paid taxi and as noted, was in touch the whole time... Great customer service. Each site leaves you in awe, for different reasons.

It’s a tiring day (if you’re 70!). The camps don’t really spring too many surprises on most people, as it’s very well documented before you go. Needs to be visited, just from a respectful perspective. The sheer size of the camps are breathtaking in their size and scale. The salt mine was a complete surprise. Well worth the effort to get there. At all locations, the guides were very professional and knowledgeable. The whole thing can be done cheaper than Viator, but we always use them because of their reliability.

A really great trip!

We looked at lots of different trips to Auschwitz before booking this one, I'm glad we found it. Great service, picked up and dropped off outside our apartment (even though it wasn't on the list). Friendly driver, nice and clean van/mini bus. A very moving experience in Auschwitz, one that we have wanted to do for quite some time. Was easy when you get there, driver takes you to meet the guide and is waiting for you afterwards. Then driven to the second camp for another tour. Won't forget it in a hurry! There's alot of walking to do, I was very glad the weather was really good. Would definitely recommend this tour!

We had an amazing day at the Salt Mine in Krakow. The tour operator was fantastic. They kept us updated every step of the way.
