Must go!!
We loved our trip to the wineries!!! The views were stunning, the gelato was unbeatable, and the lunch and wine was amazing!! The first winery was everyone’s favorite. There was plenty of time for pictures and chatting. It was nice to not worry about transportation as we travelled with a large group!

Fantastico!
The best way to see and learn the history. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. With so much to see she hit the high points and we spent another couple of hours on our own afterwards. There is also a rooftop garden and restaurant to takes a break.
The communication pre tour was good with no problems finding the meeting spot. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Day trip to Cinque Terra
Dani was an awesome guide. Very energetic, cheerful, knowledgeable and organized. The sights on this trip are out of this world. It’s a long day with many transfers between bus, boat, and trains, but Dani made everything feel easy. A very unique experience, would highly recommend.

This day trip was very...
This day trip was very well organised and so easy with the booked tour rather than trying to navigate transport on our own. We also had a great tour guide (Fred) who gave us a lot of information about the areas we were visiting and local tips for how to spend our free time. I would recommend if you’re spending a few days in Florence and would like to explore another beautiful area of Tuscany.

Ivano was the best tour...
Ivano was the best tour guide!!! We have done multiple guided museum tours, and Ivano has been the best by far. He was super kind, funny, and knowledgeable. The Accademia is a must do in Florence - seeing David was an experience I’ll never forget, and the background knowledge that Ivano provided really enhanced the experience.

Pisa
We arrived early and were confused on where to meet. You can relax and wait for the bus guide to arrive- they will sign you in and make the process smooth.
The guide for Miracles Square/ Pisa was very knowledgeable and informative.
Instead of climbing inside Pisa, we enjoyed a light meal and beverage at a restaurant next to the square.

Things started off a little rocky as we had the wrong address for the meeting point and missed our tour. But the company allowed us to still do the tour at a later time which was amazing and our tour guide Aymen was awesome! Very informative and made the tour very fun while taking us around the city! Def recommend!

Comfortable coach, plenty of time to explore San Gimignano and Sienna. Both absolutely beautiful places. Easy to find the meeting place at the start, and a friendly guide who gave us a very interesting commentary with just the right amount of information. We were also sent links to places to visit so we could plan before we arrived. We enjoyed shopping in San Gimignano and climbed the Torre Grossa for amazing views, and visited the cathedral in Sienna.

A Nice Day in Tuscany
Lori (our guide) and our driver (Alessandro) were very nice and informative. Wished that there were a more clear instruction as to what to do when we got to the pick up point. There were so many different tours leaving out of the same point and going to the same places that it was difficult to determine which was which and when ours were getting together for information and when we were leaving ( I can see how someone could be left behind or even get on the incorrect bus). But all in all it was a wonderful tour and you see wonderful sights in the Tuscany countryside.

Exhausting but worth it!
This is a long day, no question about it. Our guides were helpful; most instruction was done on the bus. When we arrived at each of four locations, we were usually either paired with an expert tour guide from that location or left to explore on our own. Siena is very hilly, so be prepared for that. The wine tasting and meal were very cleverly done by a winery that had it figured out. Then off to San Gigmango which was straight up hill and down, but the Tuscan view from all around was stunning. Finally we ended the day in Pisa, which was only to see the tower. Five plus miles of walking later (fraught with steep hills!), we felt like we had gotten a taste of Tuscany.

When you only have a limited amount of time in Florence, a great guide is a must.
Katerina was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. We only had a day to spend in Florence--we did the Duomo on our own, then had a great walk through the squares, over the Arno, back across the Ponte Vecchio and ending with David at the Accademie. With limited time-- a great guide is a must, and Katerina was the best.
