What are people saying about Cork

Excellent day tour!
The bus boarding location was super convenient, right in Cork’s city center. The bus (paddy wagon) was comfortable, maybe it was the jet lag but my partner and I were able to easily catch a nap on the quick drives between stops. Our tour guide, Michael, was friendly and helpful. He played Irish music on our drives and that was very fun. Overall it was a pretty hands off experience which we loved. Michael drove us to the location, told us when to be back to the bus, and then we were free to explore on our own. Lovely experience- we had a great time!

Time well spent
We spent an incredible day with Darren on October 6, 2026. If you don’t want to read the details, know that it was a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. Darren was a few minutes early and met us in the hotel lobby. Although there was an itinerary for the tour, Darren started by asking for our priorities. He made suggestions to customize our experience in order to optimize our time. We are so happy we followed his advice. Darren is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to take us to the major sites such as Blarney Castle and Charles Fort as well as places no tour bus goes such as The Kinsale 9/11 Garden of Remembrance. This is a beautiful garden created in memory of the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11. Darren’s experience provided us with excellent timing so that we were always finishing our time at the more popular sites just as the big tour buses showed up. He took us to The Speckled Door for our lunch. A place off the beaten path with great food and a beautiful view of the water. We were never rushed or felt hurried. Darren made sure we had enough time at every stop. He is also an excellent and very safe driver. We look forward to our return trip to Cork and we will definitely hire Darren again.

Arrive Early
The drive to the Blarney is quite long. Take the earliest time slot available the tour. The Blarney fills up with many tourists. Our tour bus was the first at the gate and the park! When we were ready for a snack and seat, the line to enter was a minimum 2hr wait.

Loved the Ring of Kerry Tour with the Paddy Wagon!
First, our driver Brian took the safety of every passenger very seriously which made for a thoroughly enjoyable drive. He was polite, professional and informative. The bus was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice if the top of the windshield was clean for better viewing. We believe we received real value you for our money, the route and side trip were absolutely delightful.

Cork is the second-largest city in the Republic of Ireland but gets fewer visitors than Dublin or Galway. But those who visit are richly rewarded—not only with a young, interesting city with plenty to eat, drink, and do but also excellent access to the best nature of southeastern Ireland. Cork tours allow you to base yourself in the city and see remote, unspoiled parts of the coast, such as the Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring of Kerry. Once you’re back in town, you can visit a distillery, take a food tour, or ramble through the historic center with a helpful guide.
