Come early in the summer. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Arrive with an open attitude to enjoy history and the beautiful, beautiful gardens. A lovely time awaits.

Marina was positively WONDERFUL! So knowledgeable about the Castle Grounds & Gardens. She was so sweet. She offered many opportunities to take photos for us with our own phones. Gave the best photo op recommendations. Very lovely tour and experience. 10/10 recommend!

Guide was lovely, upbeat and knowledgeable. We gave it 3 stars because we questioned the value. We had to take a cab to Blarney from Cork. We could have entered the park on our own. I wonder whether one really needs a guide there unless they provided bus transportation and gave us more information on the area.

Maryka? Was an EXCELLENT guide. She had great visuals throughout the tour to help enhance what we were seeing giving us an even better understanding of what life would have looked like during specific time periods. While waiting in line she had a lot of little relevant side talks to help pass the time. We would rate her as o e of the better tour guides we have had. Very upbeat and cheerful!

We spent a very enjoyable morning with Ann, our charming, knowledgeable, and funny guide. This was the perfect tour to learn about the Blarney Castle, Kiss the stone (if you want) and also learn about the gardens and the Woolen Mills.

The purpose of the tour is not only to allow guests to kiss the famous stone, but also to enjoy the castle gardens and learn about the fascinating history and events that took place in Blarney over the centuries. Many guests on this exact tour have consistently rated both the guide and the content 5 stars.
We also have no record of your guide being late, nor of any communication issues on that day. This makes us wonder if perhaps there has been some mix-up, as your experience does not match the reports from our team or the feedback from other guests on the same tour.
We pride ourselves on providing professional, engaging, and enjoyable tours, and we regret that your review does not reflect what the vast majority of our guests experience.

Anne was extremely knowledgable, professional, considerate, worldly and had a GREAT sense of humor. She knew all of the shortcuts and was sure to point out special features we would have never known to stop and look at if we were on our own! Her empathy and warmth became apparent when we ran into 2 former students of hers. We really lucked out with Ann as the 4 other people in our group didn't show!! If you are even considering this tour BOOK IT!

Ann was an incredible guide, so much knowledge, fun, personable. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Great tour of the outside of the castle, all the gardens, and the home. We chose to skip the 2 hour wait to kiss the stone, but you could do this at the beginning or end of the tour if you wanted.
