A wonderful day!

It was a gloomy day, rainy, to start with but the guide Perl tried very hard to fill the time with impromptu visits to the fruit market, local market. We had free tastes if local fruits. She waited patiently for the weather to clear up. Tried to find better location to see the volcano. Was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The driver was patient. Then the skies cleared up. Rain stopped, and we had great views of the volcano, and surroundings. It turned up to be a beautiful and wonderful experience!

Great experience, timely pick_up at our hotel and transportation to Intramuros area. Met Arsen who was a great guide taking us through the Intramuros and Fort Santiago area. He was very knowledgeable about Filipino history and the atrocities of the same during WWII. Very interesting and I learnt a lot about the WWII in the Philippines, something I have heard quite little about. Concluded with a stop in the cathedral which was nice. We had to cut the tour a bit short since we had business meetings but we were very satisfied with everything! Highly recommend

Awesome all day Philippine adventure

If you are unsure about booking a long full-day (12-14 hour) guided tour, do not hesitate—this was worth every penny and more. Navigating in the Philippines can be overwhelming, but from the minute we were picked up at our hotel, everything was seamless. Having drivers Kai J and Miel alongside our guides Christian and Jenken made a world of difference. Our drivers were fantastic—navigating heavy difficult Manilla traffic was reassuring, which allowed us to sit back relax, and focus entirely on the activity and surroundings. Our guides Christian and Jenken were truly the stars of the show. Their knowledge of the local history, culture went far beyond what you could find in a guidebook or online. They shared local stories and answered all of our endless questions and did fun Philippine trivia to get everyone comfortable and talking during the long drives to the volcano and falls. We visited both spots on the tour, but we also got to stop at bakery for local coconut pie, fruit stand and authentic local restaurant for dinner after the falls. Make sure to bring snacks or a light lunch, water, a variety of cash bills for tipping (especially the for the fall guides) and plenty of water as the listed lunch meal is closer to dinner time. Highly recommended!

We couldn't get to walk around in Chinatown due to the rain but Perl still accommodated us with some delicious snacks from our drive through stop in Chinatown. Excellent day tour from Manila, well-organized

We are 5 adults from the USA and wanted a "nature day tour" from Manila. This tour is very well organized, and we got responses quickly through Whatsapp. Our guide/driver Edwin was very professional; he explained what to expect during the Pagsanjan River activity. We also wanted to buy fruits along the way and he made sure we got them at the most reasonable price (since some food vendors sometimes overcharge tourists). The river itself starts calm and then the adventure starts when you hit the 1st of "16 rapids" ... we were lucky the Boatmen we had were professional and so we gave them reasonable tips. After the waterfall tour, we were hungry and we ate an excellent restaurant just beside the place where we boarded the boats...our guide Edwin already had us pick from the menu before we rode the boats. "Russel" had the our table ready by the time we were done with activity. On top of it all, we had a brand new BYD SUV and it ran smoothly and very comfy inside. We were picked up from hotel promptly at 530 AM and the back our hotel by 445 PM. Overall, highly recommend this excellent tour to enjoy the Pagsanjan waterfall, for those wanting to see the Taal Volcano along with the river activity.

Just do it...

Highly recommend… this was my most expensive excursion I booked while in the Philippines but you get what you pay for, as they say. Mark and Miel tag teamed as the driver and tour guide… Miel got us to and from safely in the crazy Manila traffic, while Mark kept the conversation going with Filipino history, highlights… along with a few tips and tricks to get around in Manila. You’ll be able to recognize Miel… he’s the better looking of the two. But honestly, nothing can describe the sheer beauty of area they’ll take you to… the crystal clear turquoise water, rainbow of colors of fish, not to mention the reef life. I’ll be coming back next year with my youngest son, and I’m going diving this time. If you’re on the fence, do it and ask for Mark and Miel you won’t regret it.
