great experience
Overall great experience. Rui was an outstanding guide. Knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We wanted to alot of walking and he shared some of the beautiful streets of Cascais and SIntra in addition to the guided tours. One thing to note, the tour does NOT include any of the inside rooms of the palace, so if that is important this may not be the right tour for you.

A lovely tour with Bruno...
A lovely tour with Bruno to Sintra and a couple bonus stops on the coast! Bruno obviously loves his country and is a very enthusiastic guide! Be prepared to walk the inclined cobblestone roads on your way up to Pena Palace. I should have worn my hiking boots.

Senior friendly private tour of Sintra
Our group of 4 senior adults with some walking limitations scheduled a senior-friendly private tour of Sintra. Rui, our guide, was excellent at customizing the tour to maximize our sightseeing given our interests and limitations. He was knowledgeable, interesting, and accommodating. The tour was fun and informative.

Worth the extra to take private tour
Sintra is beautiful! Maya was great- very accommodating as I have slight mobility issues with stairs. She tailored the tour perfectly and made wonderful suggestions to help avoid the more crowded sections. She is very knowledgeable about the history of the people and architecture of Sintra. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend
Great day with George! Did a tour at Sintra, shopping in town, lunch in a neighborhood near by and wine tasting in a local winery. Would recommend a day with George!

Wonderful small tour of sintra etc.
This was a great full day outing to see some of that best parts of Sintra, cascais Nazare and the Pena Palace. It was a wonderful variety of sites, well guided by our tour guide, with a lovely lunch by Nazare Beach. Highly recommend it. Especially since this was a small group tour so you could really have a lot of attention from the guide and get to know some people

Excellent Tour of Sintra and Surrounding Area
We had a wonderful experience with Ricardo. He is knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and as a Sintra local was able to provide insightful comments about the area. He provided tips on how best to enjoy the beautiful Pena Palace and gardens and pointed out highlights during our walk through the historical Sintra Center. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch with delicious Portuguese food. Stops in Cabo Da Roca and Cascais were the perfect way to end our day.

Sintra and Cascais small group
The small group Sintra tour was great. Our guide, Gustavo, was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided great advice about the areas we visited. From his knowledge about Peña castle to his recommendations for lunch options in Cascais, we were in great hands. We had a great time and the tour made for a great day away from Lisbon.
