Amazing experience

What an experience! When we booked this we were fully prepared to have a nice boat ride with the possibility of maybe seeing some dolphins. We did not expect the fantstexperience we had. Our guides were really friendly and engaging and due to their Marine biology background super knowledgeable. You were engaged by their passion for the wildlife. We saw lots of dolphins which was very humbling. Also we thought that there would be masses of boats at the same time. However quite often it was just our boat which had the capacity for 12 and maybe one other boat (we were on the 8.30 boat). It was a really special experience. Thank you so much for using your degree to give us such an amazing experience. We will not forget it and hopefully we can do it again in the future!!

Great tour with Damien!...

Great tour with Damien! As it was our first day, it was great to be taken around the town and shown the highlights so we were able to explore in greater depth later. Tuk-tuk was comfortable, fitted with seatbelts and Damien was a careful driver, and considerate to park in the shade when delivering history & knowledge about Faro. Thank you from us both!

Fantastic

It was nice that it was a small group, with a very knowledgeable tour guide. The two hour break in the middle of the tour was a very nice touch. The small beach town we stopped in was perfect. Lots of good food, souvenir shops and a very nice beach. The vibe in this little town was beautiful.

Great Views and Boat Trip

This was a great first day in Faro! The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. We had Marcelo as our captain and he made sure we had a great trip. The first island was lovely and relaxing and great for a swim. The second island was perfect to get an ice cream and walk around. Thanks for all the facts and high speeds!

Definitely a great way to get out on the water in Olhao

The boat was very nice and it was a small group of 12 people. I went in the 15:45 which was great because we got to watch sunset on the way back to the port. Loved visiting the 3 islands. Each one was different and had interesting vibes. Also plenty of opportunities to swim. Claudio and Sergio were our captains and guides. They were very fun, had a wealth of knowledge and made us feel very safe.

Breathtaking caves!

Arthur was amazing. I am not the adventurous type and he made me and my husband feel comfortable and he was patient with us. We had a small group and he catered to all of us. He was very informative about the caves and helped us capture amazing pictures! This tour was breathtaking!

Great day out

This is a great way to spend a few hours, you are taken to beautiful spots where you can enjoy seeing some farm animals, enjoy delicious pastries and finish off with a swim. The tour guide Johnny was fantastic and feeling the breeze in an open top Land Rover made it a lot more enjoyable.

Diogo was wonderful

It was a wonderful boat ride to the islands. Diogo was very nice and polite. He talked a little bit about fiddler crabs, sea horses and some of the birds and the ecosystem around the islands. It was not an in depth discussion but that was okay for us. The Deserta Island was wonderful. We were able to swim/walk to one of the other islands. My 13 year old loved that. We got some ice cream and walked around Farol Island. For us we would have enjoyed spending more time at Deserta Island and less time at Farol Island. Overall it was a lovely trip.

Book to see the real Portugal 🇵🇹

I booked this trip through Viator, my daughter & I wanted to explore some of the countryside in the evening. 🇵🇹☀️. We met our driver close to our hotel which was excellent !✨He was very friendly & funny from start to end! He gave us lots of information along the way!✨ The Algarve is beautiful! We passed through a few villages, and our first stop was at a farm. We got to see peacocks, ducks, geese, chickens, goats, a pig & horse! 🦚🦆🐓🐐🐖🐴 We also got to taste honey, jams & ‘fire water’. So many drops are growing on this farm, it was really lovely. 🌱🌳🌶️ Our second stop was at a ‘custard pie factory’, but due to the time of our trip they’d sold out! 🤩 We had lemon meringue pie & cake which was so good.🍰🍥 Our next stop was at the ‘“Queda de agua do vigario” waterfall! 🌱💦 There are many steps down, but so worth it! Beautiful. Finally we went up into the mountains to watch the sun set at Messines. 🌅 Here you have 360 degrees view of the surrounding countryside! The sunset spot itself is beautiful! I definitely recommend you go on this trip, it’s super good value for money & I feel you get to see the ‘real’ Portugal, a must see! ❤️🇵🇹

Island tour to the Deserted Island and Farol Island in the lagoon with very knowledgeable guide. A+

It was a very scenic tour in the lagoon next to Faro. The guide was very informative and kept a captive audience with his knowledge of the area. We visited two islands - the “Deserted Island” and Farol Island. We had a chance to explore both with ample time before returning to the Marina. We also saw quite a bit of wildlife, namely birds along the way. Excellent tour!
