Visiting Cape Point in 2024 costs ZAR 400 for international adults and ZAR 200 for children. South African residents pay ZAR 100 for adults and ZAR 50 for children. Adults are considered 12 years and older, while children are aged 2–11 years old. Entry fees are charged in order to contribute to conservation fees.

The best way to get to Cape Point from Cape Town is to drive, get a taxi, or go on a guided tour. From Cape Town’s city center, it takes around 1.5 hours if you travel along the M3 and M4 south towards the Cape of Good Hope Drive.
