What a great way to tour the Capetown area! Our guide, Wesley, did a great job showing us the sites and educating us on its history and culture. We visited a half a dozen historical sites and park areas. Such beautiful scenery, and the penguins were adorable!

Amazing way to see all of Cape Town in a day. We really didn’t have much time in Cape Town, but after this tour can’t wait to come back and see this part. Tour was great and flexible and we didn’t have much time so we wanted to skip some things. Really recommend

This was a private tour in a regular sedan, that was too hot most of the time even with the AC blasting. There were no water bottles or sanitizer provided like the booking said, and our driver had a hard time communicating with us as it seemed English was a struggle for him. He was very nice, but we could hardly understand the things he was saying and were afraid to ask questions as we wouldn’t understand his responses.
There wasn’t much educational aspects to this tour, it is very much just a private driver who will take you to the main tourist spots. Nothing luxury about this, but the price seems like it would be. You are better off renting a car for much cheaper and doing the drive yourself.

The Driver/guide was very good at putting together a tour that met all of our "want to see" sights.
As we have some walking issues over uneven ground and distance, he quickly made accommodations to better meet our needs which was much appreciated. Great custom tour!

Supposed to start at 7am. 7:30 they sent message saying new driver would be en route due to illness. Said he was en route but not pick us up until 9am. We asked to cancel as we had later plans and they would not cancel. New drive never showed up until 9:30. Driver was pleasant and informative but very difficult to understand. He didn’t know what we were to do or where we were going. Very poor performance by the tour company.

We sensed something was wrong when the tour operator was not replying to our messages about contact details of the driver for the tour next day. On the day of the tour, we realised that the tour operator is acting as an aggregator by allotting bookings to "freelancers" not associated with the tour operator himself. Despite a confirmation of making a car seat available for the long drive, the "freelancing driver" arrived without the car seat and mentioned he was not informed. When we told him about the confirmation from the tour operator on Viator app, the driver kept insisting we connect with Viator because he is a "freelancer" and cannot speak to the tour operator. There were no water bottles as mentioned in the tour description. When asked to ensure availability of a car seat (as promised) and water bottles (as per tour description, the "guide/driver" stopped speaking to us and kept insisting we contact Viator. I did not feel safe going for a long journey in such a situation and got out of the vehicle. We complained to Viator who tried for many days to get a refund from the tour operator but he did not respond to them too. Finally, Viator issued us a full refund once we explained our circumstances and shared video proof of our exchange with the "freelancer". Thank you to Viator for helping but we do not recommend anyone else to book this tour.

Operator cancelled 5 minutes before they were due to collect me citing staff sickness, making it impossible to get a replacement. Was the last day of our holiday so we missed out on a trip we'd been looking forward to for months. Operator issued refund quickly, but Viator customer service worse than useless (wasted an hour on webchat with them doing nothing to assist).

The driver was an hour late although we were contacted 15 minutes after our pick up time to say he would be late. There was no water in the vehicle and I had to ask him to stop at a shop so I could buy some. I also had to ask him to put on the air conditioning. The driver was knowledgeable about the areas we visited but it was nothing like the advert.

No hemos podido viajar, yo contraté una excursión guiada durante todo el día en español y no me lo ofrecieron. Me dijeron que el guía se había puesto enfermo 30 minutos antes de la hora de la quedada y la solución fue que fuera en inglés. Obviamente no la hicimos porque si nosotros nos gastamos 185 euros en una excursión es para que sea en español. Una vergüenza, estoy esperando que me contesten para que me devuelvan el dinero.
