Our guide, on the morning of the tour, told us we were being given the wrong tour- a tour we had partly done the day before and asked whether we would wait in the bus 2 hours whilst other guests visited Table Mountain. We were also told that a visit to Seal Island was not possible which again according to other tour operators was not accurate. We have now booked with another operator and are waiting to be picked up. I am afraid that this company cannot be trusted.

This was an operational error on our part, which resulted in you being placed on the wrong minibus that included a visit to Table Mountain. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after already having visited parts of the tour.
Had we been notified in time, we would have gladly arranged to place you in the correct vehicle so you could enjoy the full experience as planned. I’ll start by saying that the guides Zaine and Nathan were excellent, they are the only reason this review score wasn’t lower.
However the management for this tour was really bad. For some reason they told us to be ready at 7:30 but they only picked us up at 8:30. In the meantime while I messaged for updates, they only said the bus would arrive shortly (it arrived 30 minutes after that point). When they finally arrived, of course we were the last ones on board so were stuffed in the very back where there wasn’t even a clear window view and it was super stuffy.
Lastly, this is NOT a small group. It’s medium at best. It’s not a personal experience as I was expecting, it’s a minibus that stuffs you in with 19 other people.
The guides were good and the itinerary was great, but these to us did not make up for the fact that they made us wait for an hour and we were uncomfortably stuffed to the back of the van for the entire day.

Fantastic trip, loved seeing the penguins and the boat ride to Seal Island was amazing. Mr President and Encoch were brilliant guides. They gave us lots information throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Gordon our tour guide made this tour a most memorable one. He was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable about literally every topic on Cape Town. None in our group felt rushed when we had stops for restroom breaks, souvenir shopping or lunch. August weather was brisk and windy so bring a hat/jacket. Cape of good hope was magnificent and we enjoyed it all. There were ostriches, monkeys, along the way as we drove. My mother Beverley and I thank you Gordon for an amazing day with our group. And thank you for being gracious when we got you off to a late start.

Gordon and Big D, our guide and bus driver were very nice but TOO NICE because they allowed people to be 30 minutes late and it happened more than once. The tour advertised Cape of Good Hope and Penguins but due to running so late, we only had 15 minutes at the Penguins which was VERY disappointing. Our last stop was at Tabletop Mountain that was not on the agenda and my husband and I had already visited on a different day. They stayed for a 1 1/2 hrs which I stayed on the bus since I was recovering from food poisoning and my husband had to miss the tour due to being sick. My hotel was only 10-15 minutes away but they did not offer to take me there. I found the trip very frustrating due to having to wait for the “rude” people at almost every stop which the guide should have established “rules” at the beginning of the tour - not there by a certain time, leave them behind.

This was a great day tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The drive around the coast was amazing, well worth it. The only hitch was when we arrived at the Cape, it was very busy with not enough time to buy lunch

We had a fantastic trip - Luc was helpful and willing to answer any questions. He gave us lots of information throughout and went out of his way to make sure we got to see Bo Kaap which the traffic had prevented early in the morning. Great places to stop and see.

What an amazing trip! Reagan was a great tour guide giving us insightful information throughout on the history of many places throughout Cape Town. So many good stops on this tour, with Cape Point being my favorite - just breathtaking views! The shuttle was comfortable and there were plenty of stops along the way. Lunch was great and there's plenty authentic South African food you can try like game meat there. Overall an amazing trip and covered a lot of great spots in Cape Town. Highly recommend it and recommend Reagan as a tour guide!

The experience was amazing. Ray a pleasant friendly guide with a lot of knowledge of the history of the places we visited and very patient to make a lot of stops for pictures and to show us even things that were not in the itinerary. An excellent tour of the Cape Peninsula and visit to the Boulders Penguin Colony. Our tour began with a pick-up at the cruise terminal and included a mini-tour of Cape Town's downtown & colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood. The scenic drive with stops along the peninsula's coastline provided outstanding views of it's towns, beaches, and mountainous landscape. We entered the Cape of Good Hope & Table Mountain National Park to view & visit Cape Point and it's historic lighthouse. The views from the top of the lighthouse were spectacular. We also viewed some of the wildlife within the National Park and spent time at the Boulders Penguin Colony beach site as well. Our guide/driver was very professional, informative, and allowed enough time at various stops, sites and the penguin colony. A very enjoyable excursion.

je n'ai pas pu faire l'excursion car j'ai eu problème de santé. J'ai même payer 500 Rand pour pouvoir être reprogrammé, mais la maladie en a décidé autrement .Cependant je n'ai eu aucun remboursement.
le guide Elie était bien et compatissant mais les autres de l'entreprise, pas du tout il ne voyait que le coté financier pas le coté Humain.
Pour ce manque de flexibilité je ne peux pas encouragé quelqu'un a faire cette excursion à moins d'être sûr à 100% que vous n'allez pas tomber malade ce qui ne dépend pas de vous .
