Had an email to confirm booking and that as parking outside our hotel was difficult, we had to meet in hotel across the road, which wasn’t a problem. Our guide Sarah was brilliant. She gave a commentary on the area by the hotel and other interesting information on the drive to the suspension bridge. Once there we had 2 hours to go off, do the bridge and any of the trails we wanted to do. Interesting place with a couple of eateries, washrooms and shop. When then headed up to Grouse Mountain, taking the gondola to the main area. Again we had 2 hours to explore on our own. We heard the talk on the 2 bears that live in 5 acres of the area and were lucky enough to see them. There was also a talk on owls and a demonstration by the Canadian loggers, which we didn’t see as we went up on the chair lift to see the views from the top. There was a couple of eateries and washrooms and shop. Really good day out with lots of information from Sarah. Would definitely recommend.

Linnea expertly guided us around Stanley Park with an eye to our safety, while sharing just the right amount of local knowledge and history at each stop along our 3-hour ride. Friendly and personable, with a ready smile and warmth, she provided an outstanding introduction to the first morning of our family trip to Vancouver.

Joanne was a wonderful tour guide and bus driver! She was informative and very calm driving around a busy city. We really like the stops and opportunities to get off the bus and look around and take pictures. We would have liked to have better air conditioning!
