Great overview of the city and all there is to do. Vehicle was clean and comfortable for our group of four. Our guide, Shawn, provided exact pickup location and was there on time. Made several stops for views and photos along the way. Shawn took pics for us, offered restaurant and activity recommendations after learning a bit about us. Great tour.

Andrea our guide was fabulous her knowledge of Vancouver amazing and I felt very safe with her behind the wheel of our very swish black limousine. We covered a lot of ground and saw all the main sights but never once felt rushed .. plenty of opportunity to stop for photos. Thank you Andrea

2 Hour City of Vancouver Tour

Quick tour of the city only allows enough time to view the city which was exactly what our family wanted. If you are looking to stop and browse, this tour is not for you. Our driver Adrian, was informative, funny and over all great. I would recommend this tour!!

Great overview of Vancouver when short on time!

This tour was fabulous! We flew in to Vancouver on the day prior to boarding a cruise ship and decided to take a two hour tour of the area since none from our group had been to Vancouver before. Adrian was so accommodating with our schedule, and was very knowledgeable of the city he clearly loves. We made a couple of short stops in places that we could explore for a few minutes, and he gave us some wonderful recommendations of restaurants. The service, friendliness, and area knowledge from him is why we continue to book Viator tours!! A huge “thank you!” To Adrian!

Busted tour!

Be careful about pick up times and location. Driver could not pick us up at requested location, and it was too far and too long to walk to their pick up point. Because our specific requested pick up place, due to mobility limitations, could not be handled, we had to cancel with a loss of payment made.

Stephan was very knowledgeable and provided historical background and current culture info about all the major sections of the city. He also went out of his way to show us many points of interest and accommodated my wife’s photo taking stops. Would highly recommend him to get a good overview of Vancouver.

Overall it was great! I think that what we liked the best was the view from the Lion’s Bridge. We also love the vitality of Granville Island. But it was a great way to see the highlights of Vancouver.

The tour was not worth the time. Drive around a city with traffic in a sedan with four people. No sun roof no visibility and is an architectural tour. Uncomfortable middle seat person saw nothing. Do not do it.

Hello Christopher, Thus review has been a mistake. We don't even have any sedans in our fleet. We only have Large SUV's like GMC yukon denali and Ford expedition max with paranomic sunroof. A Glimpse of Vancouver

Stefan was our driver/guide and he was great. He texted me to make sure we knew where to meet him and then made sure we knew he was there so we wouldn’t miss him. He gave a lot of history about the city. We drove by many interesting areas and he went into detail about each area. We then stopped in Stanley Park. We walked around as he explained the park to us. He also told us about other areas outside of the Vancouver area which made us want to go come back again and see more. We finished the tour by him dropping us off at the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire time with him. It was a great glimpse of Vancouver in a short amount of time.

Viator is Very Disappointing!

Our tour guide did a good job until our last stop at Granville Island. The guide stated we would have 35 minutes to shop and explore the area. Our guide informed us we were out of time, and she could just drop us off, and we would have to find our own transportation back to our hotel, or she could take us back to our hotel without the opportunity to walk around. So very disappointing! This was suppose to be a highlight! We returned to our hotel, and took taxis back to Granville the next day. There were 6 of us and the cost of taxis approx. $70.00. I contacted Viator about this, asking for compensation & they refused! We also booked another trip thru Viator and had another issue with the excursion. Very bad customer service! Beware when using them.

Our trip Was planned to start at 11 am. They never showed up and didn’t even bother to tell us. Only after I puked them they said it was cancelled I don’t know if I was scammed or if they just didn’t show up.

We very much enjoyed our tour around some of the best spots in Vancouver. Our guide (Anante) was very helpful and informative and spent as much time at each location as we wanted. Some of our favorites were the totem poles and sea wall with boathouses. At Granville Island, we spent most of our time at the Public Market. It was a totally awesome tour! Highly recommend it!
