- Baggage allowance: 25 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

Flying in a seaplane was one of the highlights of our trip. Flew from Vancouver to Victoria. The flight saved us time (ferry and transportation from ferry terminal to Vancouver takes 3 hrs,). Seaplane is convenient and fun. Recommend staying more than a day if you can. Harbor tour in a water taxi is a great way to see planes coming and going.

Nothing except take your camera , you're in for a treat. Make sure you check your bags for weight first to avoid surcharge.

A very expensive way to get to Victoria. It’s just a seaplane ride not a tour. Do it direct through Harbour Air and save $$$.
The flight was also 45 mins late leaving Vancouver

Loved the Harbour Air experience. Loved getting to downtown Victoria from downtown Vancouver in 45 minutes. Hated that I accidentally booked it through Travelocity and couldn’t change my flight because of that. Go directly to Harbour Air, DO NOT be seduced by Travelocity’s website. Book directly with the airline. It will give you the ability to make changes spur of the moment. Viator was an obstacle when we wanted to catch an earlier flight.

The price of a 30 minutes flight to Victoria was outrageous! Paid $600 for our round trip to Canada from California and paid $500 for a seaplane!
One way with no help how to get back. It took us over five hours to get back to downtown. When we went to the desk help, she said that the price changes every hour! She didn't help us at all. Very upset and wouldn't recommend your company and the providers to anyone.

The views! Takeoff and landing were smoother than expected and exhilarating! Seats are definitely tight on these planes but there's no bad spot for taking photos.

Harbour Air is a dishonest company. Our flight was canceled due to a bad weather. This is understandable and no problem. The huge problem is that they refused to cancel the flight and let us use other transportation to Victoria for three more hours. All the flights prior to ours were canceled on the spot but they kept us despite that there was absolutely no chance for weather to improve. Sure, they have a right to delay up to 3 hours but in this case they just robbed us from spending half a day in Victoria for no good reason.

Landing and take off was so very very smooth. If I could fly around the world in a seaplane, instead of jets I definitely would! Our pilot was super, staff very friendly. I will be doing it again and again. Loved it!!!

Crew forgot to tell us about the earplugs in the seat back. We suffered slight hearing loss. Ears were ringing for hours. But the flight was fun.
