From the start of the booking toll the end, this was one of the best trips. The communication prior was prompt. The meet up instructions detailed, and our guide, Greg was amazing. He had such knowledge and history, it was obvious he is proud of his hometown. He answered all questions, was friendly, and humorous when needed. He took care of luggage, which was a plus, and drop off in fromt of hotel. This is a must for cruise ship passengers, who want to stay a bit longer. I cant say enough great things about Greg and this tour.

This was a wonderful tour. Greg was our bus driver/tour guide and he was so awesome. He was so knowledgeable about every part of the city and shared so many interesting details. He kept us on track to see lots of sights and lunch at Grandville Island.

Our ship was a little slow letting us off, but our guide continued to call and check on us. We showed up right on time and the tour was fabulous. Our guide loved his city and it showed in our tour. This is a must do tour.

Kyle was a great driver and narrator. We booked this tour primarily for my elderly parents because there was not a lot of walking and/or stairs involved. It was also more reasonably priced than what is offered through the cruise ship. Everything was easy, from checking in to airport drop off. We did feel like at the end of the tour we drove back through a few places we had seen due to hotel drop offs, but that was no fault of the tour as they advertise hotel and airport drop off which is a great perk esp when disembarking on a cruise early and flying out same day much later.

Beware !
Driver ( Jordan) needs proper training. We were almost dropped at wrong hotel! Please do the drop offs in front area of hotel, so it can be verified by user. NOT ON A SIDE ROAD WITH NO SIGNAGE!

This excursion was great! Greg our tour guide was friendly, informative and took us to see a great part of Vancouver. He was so accommodating, took care of our luggage and showed us around the city and its beautiful sights. He was very knowledgeable about the city.

A little chaotic on the front end, but the organizers got everyone sorted out as to which bus group they were a part of. The bus seats are not the coach type, more like tight airline seats. Larger people commented on their discomfort.

This was a wonderful trip. Our driver snd guide Dion was great very informative. The Butchart gardens are a must if visiting Vancouver. Sering the city of Victotia was aldo fun. Its a long day with the ferry ride but it was wirth it.

If you are past the third row you can’t hear the driver (Kenny) or know where the building or landscape he’s talking about is. He kept saying “here”, “there” and we had no idea where to look. If he was pointing no one in the back 1/2 could see. He would say “in front of us” and again no one in the back 1/2 could see. He had a portable mic unit but the sound was garbled and not easily understood and he didn’t speak clearly or loud enough. He would stop at sites, open the door and talk about the scene in front of him while stopped but then move on so we never saw it. Bus was hot and when AC was on it made it even more difficult to hear. I felt bad because Kenny was nice but tour was not.

A fun short trip around the city! We did this post cruise to check things out. It’s a great way to get a perspective of where you might want to go to spend more time. They offer airport and/or hotel drop off as well. Gavin was informative and had interesting stories to share.

A nice overview of a beautiful city. Our driver, Gavin, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We had time on Granville Island for lunch. It was a great way to see the city after our cruise as our luggage traveled with us.

If you have a few hours to fill in between getting off your cruise and getting to the airport then this tour was a great way of filling in the gap. Most highlights were drive-bys but you can get off the bus at Stanley Park and see the totem poles or simply stretch your legs around the walking path, and also at Granville Island which allowed time for lunch and a wander around the shops.
The most challenging thing about the tour was finding the bus and guide/driver. With the meeting point being overrun with passengers disembarking from three ships it would have been helpful if the woman finding us and then directing us to the bus had a flag or branded jacket or something equally distinctive so that we could find her.
Once we found them though the tour was seamless and a stress-free way to get to the airport.

It killed time from cruise disembarkation to flight. Our guide Sam was amazing. He was knowledgeable and funny. The trip itself is mostly just sitting in a bus. Few minutes in the park and a stop at Granville island for around an hour.

We did the city sightseeing tour with stops at Stanley park and Granville Island and it was amazing! Our tour guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable and gave everyone plenty of time to explore the stops. He also made sure to tell us about the different areas we were passing through. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a way to spend some extra time learning about and seeing Vancouver!

Great way to see the city and then have transportation to your day's end location. Our guide Glen was outstanding. Skillful driver, managed baggage most efficiently, and had a witty but factual discourse on visiting Vancouver .

When I booked this excursion, I asked several times when we would get picked up and when it would end . I told her we had to be at the airport between 1:00-1:30 for an international flight. She guaranteed me we would be done and dropped off at the airport by then or earlier. When the tour guide picked us up, he told us there was no way we could be at the airport by the time we needed for our flight. As it was, we left the tour early, then had the additional cost of an Uber to the airport.

Meet outside Canada Place after disembarkation from Cruise. Our guide was prompt, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour. It gives you enough insight into what Vancouver has to offer and allows free time to explore both Stanley Park and Granville Island. Once tour was finished, then delivered to your hotel or airport.
