This was such an excellent experience. Our driver and guide Win from Smile Bali Tour company was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly and informative. We were able to have a laugh with him, and it felt like spending the day with a friend. He even had umbrellas on hand for when it rained! We got to experience so much of Ubud in one day. As a non coffee drinker, the coffee spot managed to do something I thought was impossible - I actually ENJOYED a cup of coffee! 100% recommend, and if you happen to get Win as your driver you’re in for a fantastic day!

Our driver named Dode Ganteng was the best driver and tour guide we ever had in Bali. He took us to all the locations we wanted to go to. He’s very nice and helpful person. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and I recommend Dode Ganteng to anyone who wants someone that goes the extra mile for you.

Had a wonderful trip with Gede. Always arrived early and picked up promptly. We were able to see all of uluwatu and have an easy time getting from one hotel to the next. He had great recommendations of places to visit and an all around exceptional driver!

We had the most incredible day exploring Bali with our tour guide! We visited beautiful temples, breathtaking waterfalls, and the stunning rice terraces – every stop was perfectly planned and truly unforgettable. Our guide was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He explained the history and culture so well, helped us take great photos, and made sure we enjoyed every moment without feeling rushed. Everything was organized smoothly, the car was clean and comfortable, and his positive energy made the whole experience even better. We had such a wonderful experience on this private tour! Our guide, Wedana, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and so generous with his time. He made us feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the day and was an excellent driver. We really enjoyed getting to know him and learning more about Bali’s culture and history. The whole experience was seamless and memorable — highly recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for, an unstructured tour where we could create our own itinerary. Our driver Agung was fantastic, and he helped us plan where to go and in which order. He was also so knowledgeable and willing to share about Balinese culture, that we felt like we learned a lot that day.

Awesome tour... great experiences from the wood carvings, temple, Jungle Swing, waterfall and then delicious lunch. But the day was made perfect by Bagus, our driver.. he was superb... on time, friendly, knowledgeable and a great driver too!! Loved the day, book this tour and ask for Bagus.

What a great ride! We went through a small village, back roads and along dirt tracks through the rice fields. Everywhere you looked was picturesque and I kept wanting to stop to take a picture. There are some rougher single track places so if you’re not used to riding on those, it might be a bit intimidating but overall it was an easy ride, almost downhill the entire way. They gave us breakfast and lunch and a stop at a coffee plantation. I do have to warn people NOT to try or buy the famous Luwak/civet coffee as the treatment of the civets in captivity is known to be cruel and inhumane. Not all places treat these animals poorly but you can’t tell who does and who doesn’t and you can’t tell what’s real or fake and you can’t tell if it’s wild or captive civets that are used to produce the coffee so best just to avoid all of it. The plantation tells you they collect wild civet feces to produce their coffee but there’s no way they can go around in the forests to collect enough coffee from wild cover feces to make their coffee so just avoid it.
