Amazing trip

A fantastic day, our guide Mel, met us at our hotel and guided us through the mtr to Lantau, he arranged our entry to everything with no delays. Mel was full of interesting information about the temples, Big Buddha and Tai O. We had a superb day and still had time to fit in a visit to the jade market on our return to Kowloon before being dropped back to our hotel. We would never have managed to see as much if it wasn't for Mel's knowledge and expertise, thanks Mel for a wonderful day.

Hong Kong at its best!

The entire day was an adventure that will not be forgotten. Sinclair was our guide, his personality is a 10, his English was excellent and he moved us along at a pace that was good for all of us. The information he provided regarding the history, culture and religion of the Hong Kong people was presented professionally. Good tour

Jupiter was a great guide. She was friendly and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and was always willing to help out even after the tour was done. Our day went well and it was nice getting to know each other. If you get assigned to her, you'll be in good hands. Keep in mind this location has a lot of stairs and incline so wear comfy shoes and expect to sweat. We got lucky with a very clear view of the Giant Buddha but some days may be too foggy to see it even from the top. Also, don't be afraid to try the food stalls at Tai O Village. You'd be missing out on good jerky and dried squid/fish.
