The route was well marked...

The route was well marked and the map given out at the start of the tour was accurate. It was very easy to get off at one of the planned stops to take photos and explore individually, then head back to a marked pick up location to get back on. The several drivers we encountered over the route, were friendly and narrated the history of the different areas.

A Don't Miss Tour!

This was a great way to experience Savannah and get a feel for the city itself. The layout of the city is very different from any other city we've been to. The driver was very knowledgeable about each square both in terms of older and current history. After the trolley portion was over, she gave us very clear directions about where to get our tickets for the riverboat tour and we then had about 2 hours of lunch/shopping time on River Street. We had a wonderful lunch at Vic's River Grill. The riverboat tour was informative and the narration was easy to hear.

A Don't Miss Tour!

This was a neat look at some of the people that made Savannah special. Our tour guide, Brandon, explained many of the different grave plot configurations and what rules were in place at that time period. At the very end of the tour, he took us to the Jewish side of the cemetery (as a Jewish couple we appreciated that!) to see two incredible examples of stained-glass windows.

Great Value, Most Enjoyable

This was a six hour combination tour with a trolly/guide taking us to Tybee with a stop at the Crab Snack, an unusual little spot but with tasty BBQ, then on to a boat ride for porpoise watching and watch we did; plenty to see and enjoy. Then a stop at the lighthouse for a snack and a short walk on the white sand beach. The trolly picked each party up at their requested location and dropped them where they chose to be dropped in Savannah. A great deal for the cost and a most enjoyable way to spend a day seeing something besides the beautiful city of Savannah.

Highly Recommended Historical Tour

Our guide, James, was extremely knowledgeable, and spoke loudly and clearly to our group of perhaps 15. The tour was comprehensively presented with a logical chronological timeframe and with great detail to the history associated with the many “squares” with their monuments that we stopped at. It also included a stop in the historical cemetery that held the remains of many of the early founders of Savannah. I would recommend this tour for all ages.

Fabulous tour!!

This was a wonderful tour! We covered a lot of the city and we saw and learned so much. Our driver/tour guide was amazing! She was a wealth of information and super accommodating. Love that she dropped us off in different places after the tour and we could call the shuttle any time during the day to take us back to the original meeting place. Excellent tour!
