Awesome
Alex was amazing. he was very informative. He told us all about the different plants and trees. they helped us through every step on all the slippery rocks and made sure we were safe. I would highly recommend. It was so fun.He also gave us a list of fun things to do in the area. And references as well

This was a useful tour. I...
This was a useful tour. I wanted to be a little bit more independent than having to go with a group. The information provided on the audio was very interesting.
There is a little bit of a glitch when you walk over the same path the audio kept wanting to restart. I would recommend this guide if you want to do an independent walk, but we did get turned around in a couple of places due to our own errors. Overall, I found it to be very worthwhile for what we wanted for that afternoon.
The traffic was really bad in old San Juan so we ended up driving back into town a little bit and taking an Uber back into old San Juan to start the tour

A first-hand view of the whole city
Angel and Annie took us first to Old San Juan, by the forts and through the historic cobblestone streets. We saw the original Spanish structures and learned their significance. Next was the expansion phase of the city out of its original walls centered on the Capitol. I didn't think I would find the 20th century expansion of the city as interesting, but Angel told us about the recent history of specific neighborhoods focusing on gentrification and the development of tourism, ending our tour at the modern convention center district. We enjoyed discussing his growing up in the city and what it is like to live there. A wonderful, personal two hours.

Our driver called ahead...
Our driver called ahead to let us know there was a protest in the streets and helped reschedule our tour for later in the day, which we really appreciated. It was a great heads-up and very accommodating.
Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the town, which made the experience even better. We were able to take our time at each stop and never felt rushed.
We were also traveling with three small children and a large stroller, and there were no issues at all. Everything was handled smoothly. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant experience.

Great tour
This is a great experience. Our tour guide, Adrian, was amazing. Kids had a great time. Adults had a great time. Adrian made sure everyone was informed and safe, while also having a very exciting experience with the slides, waterfall jumping and rope swing. Definitely a lifelong memory.

Get off the beaten tourist trail and make special memories sailing at sunset
Perfect thing to do in San Juan after a day of exploring the usual spots on land. The sunset and time of day is really great for good sailing on awesome racing J 30‘s. Captain Ivan was extremely professional, a very friendly, capable host, a safe sailor even with strong winds, and very knowledgeable about the history of Puerto Rico, San Juan and the Area.
Our whole family agrees that we made some of our favorite memories from this vacation in those few hours on that sailboat. We had already toured el Morro and Old San Juan - but we learned more here!
the icing on the cake was a locals-only dinner restaurant recommendation from Ivan afterward in nearby Ocean Park- husband and kiddos totally happy.
Make sure you pay attention to the instructions when you register for this excursion, not just the 5pm start time! That is when the boats leave.
They mean it—you need to plan AHEAD for traffic and be there at least an hour to 45 minutes prior to sailing time. Ignore the Viator auto reminders that tell you 5pm! That is when they push off the dock.
Stop at the guard shack, if you are early they will send you through the green pedestrian gate, proceed down around to the Sizzler Terrace and where the sailboats are. Hang out near the J30 sailboats Morcilla/Ivana (ask someone)
The crew will show up probably sometime between 4:15-4:25. Do not be late, 5pm is sailing time NOT arrival at the marina time…

We had an amazing...
We had an amazing experience on the Private San Juan Bay sunset/night cruise, and Carlos was an excellent guide. From the moment we arrived, he created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable.
He went above and beyond by providing champagne and a charcuterie board, which was a really nice touch. Throughout the cruise, he did a great job explaining the sights and sharing interesting details about the area without it ever feeling overwhelming.
What we loved most was the balance—there was plenty of great information and sightseeing, but also enough private, peaceful time for my wife and me to just enjoy the moment together.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting San Juan!

East Island excursion
The crew was amazing—Christian, Adrian, and the rest of the team were fantastic. The boat ride was easy and laid back, and the entire service was exceptional. The whole experience was something I’ll never forget, and I will definitely be doing it again!

Sunset boat tour
This boat tour came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The ride was smooth and the harbor was beautiful as the sun set over it. But what really made it was the charm and enthusiasm of our crew and particularly Rafael who had us all clapping along to music and singing happy Birthday in Spanish. He pointed out the great sites, sprinkled in some history and made sure we all got just the right pictures. Highly recommend this tour.

We had an amazing time...
We had an amazing time with Captain Jimbo! It was my birthday and he truly made me feel celebrated from start to finish. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience — especially getting the chance to drive the boat, which was definitely a highlight. Everything was fun, smooth, and memorable. When I come back in the near future, I will absolutely be booking again. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Good Times
Ferry passage was long. After we disembarked, first stop was Tamarindo beach for snorkeling. You can go along with the group or you can do your own snorkeling. Next stop is Flamenco beach for great food, drinks, souvenirs, and sun bathing. Beautiful beach! They provide chairs and umbrellas. You spend most of your time here enjoying the day. The crew was very polite and friendly. Tito was excellent. Snorkeling instructor was very patient and detailed. We had a spectacular day.

Jason is the perfect guide! Loved el Yunque
El Yunque was an incredible experience! The bioluminescent bay was cool, but honestly could’ve been skipped.
An overview of the day:
Jason was very punctual with the pickups. He kept an energetic, friendly, and helpful attitude the whole time. We stopped at Walgreens to pick up snacks and water shoes (highly recommend them!).
We then went to el Yunque. Was incredible! Jason knew a lot about the flora and fauna in PR. The hike was fun and Jason helped us through the more difficult areas (I’d give it a moderate difficulty overall. Nothing too crazy).
We got to cliff jump, to rope swing, and to go down the natural water slide. As someone terrified of heights, I’m very appreciative of my group’s encouragement for me to give these things a try. I felt safe the whole tour and people’s boundaries were respected if anyone wanted to skip any activity. Jason brought a dry bag to hold our phones in during these activities.
I was the only one doing the tour combo with the kayak, so I was dropped off at the beach for an hour to relax/grab a drink while waiting for the other tour bus to pick me up. This transition between tours was smooth and well-communicated.
The kayaking tour was fun, but the luminescence itself was underwhelming in my opinion. It is also hard doing it solo because you will be paired up with a stranger (hard to coordinate with a stranger in a kayak).
Overall had a ton of fun! Highly recommend this tour if you’re in PR. Jason is the best!
Things to bring:
- Water shoes
- sun screen
- swimsuit
- Change of clothes (so you can change into something dry after the el Yunque part)
- extra change of pants/shorts (your legs will get wet in the kayaking part)
- bug spray
- snack + water
- water proof phone case with lanyard (and dry bag if you want one for yourself)
