Wonderful trip — highly recommend! We’re a family of six (two adults, a 17-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy, and two 12-year-old boys), and we were looking for a small-group experience with great snorkeling — definitely not a “party boat.” This trip exceeded expectations. The boat is a fairly large catamaran, but our group was just our family plus one other couple, which made it feel relaxed and uncrowded. Our guide, David, was engaging, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. The captain, Mitchell (spelling?), was also friendly and clearly very capable. We started with a snorkeling stop that was fantastic. Even though the main area had a lot of tourist boats, David jumped in with us and guided us away from the crowds. He pointed out all kinds of interesting things — a live conch, a sand dollar — and even gave us fish food so the fish would come right up to us. He also spent time teaching the kids about the different fish, which they loved. One of the highlights was seeing a coral reef “farm,” where coral is being grown on an underwater rope system to help restore reefs over time. I really appreciated David’s focus on the environment, which seemed consistent with the broader appreciation for nature we saw throughout the DR. The second stop was more of a hangout spot — shallow water near a beach with other boats around. The kids got to paddleboard, and David didn’t just hand them equipment — he jumped in and played football with them, which they thought was great. Even with a number of boats nearby, it didn’t feel overly crowded and still felt very family-friendly. On the way back, David pointed out several sea turtles, which was a really cool bonus. The trip lasted about four hours and included sodas, snacks, and alcoholic drinks that David made. Overall, we loved this experience — especially as a family that wanted to avoid a party-boat vibe. Our resort had tried to steer us toward what felt like a very controlled, almost artificial snorkeling setup, and we’re so glad we didn’t take the bait (pun intended). I’d book with David and this company again in a heartbeat.

HQT was very good at communicating pick up and drop off times and locations. They were there at the airport when we got out of baggage claim and there at the hotel in enough time once we were leaving Punta Cana. My only issue was that their responsiveness was lacking when we requested a later pick up time. But we made it to the airport safely and had plenty of time to get through security so it all worked out in the end.

This was hands-down the best service we experienced during our trip! From the prompt pickup to the final drop-off, every detail was perfectly managed. There was never a dull moment—the itinerary was packed with fun activities like snorkeling, coconut rum tastings, and even some quick souvenir shopping. ​A major highlight was the "ocean drive-thru" restaurant. It was such a unique and cool experience, and the food was surprisingly delicious! ​The Caribbean weather can be unpredictable, with rain and sun swapping places every few minutes, but "Captain Pineapple" and his amazing crew were masters at navigating it all. They made sure we stayed comfortable and had a blast regardless of the wind or rain. If you want a flawless day tour with a crew that truly cares about your experience, book this tour. 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely outstanding!!. The connectivity with the company before the pick up and the drop off was exceptional, the drivers were extremely courteous, punctual and helpful. An absolutely, perfect way for transportation between Punta Cana resorts and Punta Cana International Airport. Thank you so much for a great job. Plan to use you guys again in the future !!!

Ramon and staff was AWESOME!! VERY informative and conservation is great for the earth. I loved that they loved on my son Noah and helped him through the way while in the water. The food was good. I love the pull up food boat. That was crazy awesome😁!! I just can't say enough about Ramon and crew... ask for Ramon and his"ugly face" you won't be disappointed!!! Thank you🥰🥰

We had an incredible day and the staff was fabulous!!! A perfect mix of exciting activities, swimming and sun with music and fun. The only disappointment was the photographer, he was a great photographer and a whole lot of fun, but the cost of the photos was outrageous! Since my party was so large I could spend and hour+ going through them all or pay the outrageous fee. Then had the nerve to ask for a large tip.

Coastline catamarans made pick up and return transport smooth and we had a blast on the boat! The snacks were not great but we brought our own chips and stuff to eat. Even though it poured rain on the way out, it was a quick shower and then we had beautiful sun!

Cola and Happy Hour were AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! I would do this experience with them over and over again! Come prepared to get DIRTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY AND MUDDYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Knowledgeable about each location when went too. We enjoyed the private tour! From your ATL FAMILY!
