The Best Transfer Experience in Punta Cana — Ask for Brandon

Brandon from Best Punta Cana Transfers was hands-down one of the best drivers we have ever had! He drove us from our resort to the airport, and his attentiveness was exceptional. Our parents were traveling in a separate hotel-provided van. Given their limited mobility, we were concerned about making sure they boarded the right vehicle safely. Without us even having to ask, Brandon proactively offered to wait and patiently made sure they were securely on board before we departed. During the drive, he was extremely mindful to keep their van in sight the entire way, which gave us immense peace of mind. The ride itself was smooth, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Brandon's English is fantastic, he was great to converse with, and he gave us wonderful recommendations for resorts to check out on our next trip to Punta Cana. Easiest Airport Transfers!

Our driver Hector was great. He was nice to talk with on the way to the airport and made sure we had a smooth and safe drop off. Communication with the company was easy and responsive. Our flight was delayed and they easily updated our pick up time but offered to still be available earlier if we changed our mind.

Great experience overall. Texting communication was great for both airport pickup and drop off. Arrived promptly at our hotel at our scheduled time, making it seamless and stress free. They did very well with communication and we had a very smooth transport both ways. I was informed via text/whatsapp/email the day before and the day of with detailed instructions, including names and pictures of the pickup person. My flight was even delayed and when I notified them I got prompt replies via text with no issues. They arrived at pickup early with text notification and was easy to locate with a picture of the driver and they had my name on a sign. Very friendly staff. Would 100% use again.

Diamond Transfers did a great job getting me from the Punta Cana airport to my Cap Cana resort and back, on time and efficiently. They were very communicative (via WhatsApp) to find them in the chaos of the airport after baggage claim/customs. Tip: tell your hotel that you are expecting a driver for the return pick-up so they can get through the hotel's Security at their main gate.
