Shaded hot springs
It was a nice educational and relaxing day. It was fun to see different areas of PV. The host is gracious and accommodating. He Made a delicious lunch and thought of every detail for the trip. If you like off the beaten path adventures. This one is a must.

Great time!
Arturo was a fantastic guide. He took us to a great spot where we saw lots of fish. The zip line and ropes course tour was unique and really fun! We had time at the end to purchase lunch before our boat ride back.We traveled with two 14-year-old boys and everyone loved it!

Be prepared for different terrain and sun.
We took a bus from PV and got off at the end of the line. Hiked 3-4 miles that are probably rated hard on AllTrails. It was a great hike! We only ate at Las Animas (the final beach stop) and had no beach time. From there we took a boat to the bus stop and it took about 40 minutes to get back into PV. It was a long day, but worth it. Juan was a fun guide.

Must do
Amazing adventure through the streets of PV and up into the mountains. Tour guide was awesome, very knowledgeable about sights and patient with us. Loved the restaurant we stopped at for a drink. Had delicious homemade corn tortillas, Pico salsa was amazing. Had natural springs to cool off in. Recommend

I can't tell how the...
I can't tell how the actual waterfall hike we booked was, since we were told on the way out that the waterfall was actually quite dried up and gave us an option to go elsewhere which was a longer tour an amazing day out. Guides were great and glad we were given the option!

Swimming hole worth the price of admission
This hike was a nice little jaunt just out of town. The hiking was definitely rocky and required some climbing, but if you're steady on your feet and have some leg strength you should be fine. It's not remote in the least but follows a cool river and the swim at the end is worth the price of admission. Wear a suit and water shoes or sandals. Juan was a lovely guy who took care of the members of our group.

Outdoor Adrenaline Rush
Ok, alot to take in on your first zipline experience, but these people take safety and directions seriously. And, it is not just one zipline, but several as well as 2 waterfall repelling, backward down cliffs! And 2 waterslides. We were with people who had ziplined all over Europe and Canada. They said the other locations were wimpy, not this one.
First after gathering at Vallarta Adventures, where you can peruse gifts, look over other adventures, you get on a speed boat. We started with 8 at Nuevo Vallarta and added 20 more at Puerta Vallarta 20 minutes away by a lovely boat ride where we stopped to admire whales and dolphins up close along the way. All staff were cheerful, helpful and educational.
Our destination was one accessible only by boat. Many brave pelicans greeted our arrival. Predator the movie was filmed in this tropical jungle location. We had a brisk walk to our all terrain vehicles, 14 passengers in the rear per each of our 2 vehicles. Loops from the ceiling were available as were seat belts. I loved seeing the green foliage!
When we stopped at base camp, we were fitted with helmits, harnesses with many clip areas that were fitted on the looser side for our mule journey. We had a bit of a hike to get to the mules. The mules were not lazy as i anticipated. They enjoyed the slender trails rocks, up and down banks. Some wouldn't allow other mules to pass them. Some actually wanted to run, but our instructions let us know what to do while going too fast or to be safer going up or down hill regarding how to lean, stand up, and what to do with reins and exactly how to and how not to get on and off.
When we reached the first zipline, it was alot to take in, where to put and not put hands, how to lean, how to start and stop. Zip lining is counter intuitive to regular safety. Leaning over a cliff. It is really important to listen to the directions. It is so fast i think it is impossible to take in all the beauty because your senses are on alert.
After more hiking, we walked across suspension bridges that could only allow one foot width, sometimes high in the air sometimes low over a creek. The ziplines were various heights and distances.
I can't remember exactly which was named Monster and which was named Roller Coaster between the ziplines and water slides. It was adventure followed by adventure.
You definitely are proud and exhausted at the end when they help you out of the much needed paraphernalia. They really do strap you in safely before and after each line you go on!!
The end comes with a towel they provide so you can change into your dry clothes. Water is provided along the route and at the end. Chips and salsa is provided. Should you wish to buy a quesadilla or margarita, items are available for a small amount to purchase. For safety you will not be taking photos or videos but they are available in various packages which of course we bought. I don’t think the photos really captured the height of the ziplines or waterfalls as they hoped to star You at either the top or bottom of the 10 adventures in addition to the mules, boat and 4 wheel drive.
The all terrain vehicles came down faster than they went up, as the boat returned faster than it arrived.
Again, the staff from the boats, roadsters, mule workers, ziplines were all amazing!
Yes i recommend this tour! I am 69. I do believe this is not for the weak at heart! They claim to not have back or neck issues and go on this. Just let the staff know if you need more direction or have one of the guides go down on your first repel- you don't get someone to go down at the same time with you on the 2nd waterfall.
Ok, what is unusual on this tour? The final 2 or so ziplines, one is a mini surf board that 2 people stand back to back on!! Trust and holding on are very necessary! No quick moves or leaning back or you both go!! Well, harnesses would save you, probably and sting a bit!! We were statues on that moving surfboard!!
The final one, several in our group went upside-down and handless!! I can't say i did.
Truly im glad i talked my fiance into this. Exertion is to be expected!!
Im glad i brought water-rock shoes and dry clothes!
Wonderful day!! Nice bday adventure!!

Really great experience!
We had a really good time! They picked us up and took us to a spot where the waves were good that day. Very helpful instructions and we were in the water within half an hour. Then it was straight surfing for about 2 hours. They were really good about trying to get us to do more throughout the day and try harder waves. Overall was a super great experience and the guys were so nice and helpful.

Really good experience
We had a really great time. Lots of communication about pickup. Horses were very well behaved but also had their own personalities. You were given lots of freedom while riding. There was a bit of a hike in the middle that we were not totally expecting. Luckily we wore runners but be prepared to climb many stairs. Lunch and beers were a really great ending to the experience (my husband would like the chicken recipe)!

This was a fun few hours (maybe around 3.5 total). The zip lining was super fun. The team helping was amazing! They're very funny and hospitable guys! Note that there is a bit of hiking between each line. You're not rushed, but some parts are a little steep and I was sweaty and out of breath 😅 Incredible views and I felt very safe on the Zipline 😊 10/10

Amazing tour
This was one of the best extreme adventures I’ve ever experienced! The crew worked together flawlessly, making the entire five-hour activity feel seamless, exciting, and incredibly fun. The variety of challenges was fantastic. I only wish it could have lasted even longer!

One of the best decision every
This was our first time ziplining. It was amazing. You do have to hike up to each zipline, but you can take a rest if needed. It was worth every moment. Also it was a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate us, so we could join the group.
