Top Netherlands Pottery Classes

What Makes This Activity Special This open studio experience is not a fixed class but a flexible, creative moment in the heart of Amsterdam. Instead of following strict instructions, you are encouraged to explore, experiment, and work in a way that feels natural to you. Creativity here is approached as something everyone can access, not as a talent you need to have. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and personal, making it easy to relax, focus, and enjoy the process. Many guests are surprised by what they create when given time, space, and the freedom to follow their curiosity. Whether you come to unwind, reconnect with your creativity, or try something completely new, this open studio offers a meaningful and hands-on experience that stays with you long after the session ends.

This workshop offers a hands-on experience where you create your own leather bag from start to finish in just two hours. Working with high-quality leather from European tanneries, you design and assemble a bag that reflects your personal style. No sewing or prior experience is required, making it accessible to everyone. With guidance from experienced makers, you’ll work entirely by hand in a relaxed studio setting and leave with a unique, functional item you can use every day. You will work in a professional shoe and bag making studio, unique in Amsterdam and will learn from experts in these fields. Enjoy the creative atmosphere and professional ambiance.
