A great day out to Mostar...

A great day out to Mostar where you are greeted by a guide and gives you a run down of Mostar and its history, finished of with a wine tasting. Our tour guide Ana was excellent at explaining and very accommodating explaining everything and where to shop and not to shop. Then onwards to Međugorje a religious site where the apparition of Mary appeared in 1981.

Beautiful City & a Spiritual Climb

Mostar almost broke my heart. Quaint little town that experienced great suffering during the 90’s civil war…too fresh to forget…It was rebuilt beautifully like a Marrakesh bazar. Megjugorje was spiritually uplifting. The climb up apparition hill is difficult—a metaphore for life…I say, “Go test your faith & climb.” You will not forget your adventure.

Mostar Tour from Split

We ended up being the only travelers on this date. Instead of cancelling, the tour guide (Ivan) picked us up in Split and drove us to both Mostar and Međugorje for this day trip. Everything was superb (except for the rain), but cannot say enough for Ivan and the tour company. Five-star rating!! Gary & Bonnie Germany
