On this vacation, we spent the last two weeks traveling on the St. Lawrence Seaway, visiting cities along there. We ended up in Montreal for the last two days of our vacation. After researching all of the opportunities, I picked NTours for a full-day tour of Montreal. The only thing I can say that's truly relevant is if there was an opportunity to give more stars, Ntours would get 10 stars. First, our tour operator/bus driver, Fran, was incredibly knowledgeable. She had great stories, tons of information, and was willing to partake in any discussions we had about Montreal. We were taken to numerous places—both Old Montreal, New Montreal, the site of the World's Fair in Montreal back in the '60s, and everywhere else. It's a small van, only held up to seven people, which makes it really quite nice. The van itself was very clean and well maintained. One thing I truly appreciated from Ntours was that they kept us informed all the way up until the time we were picked up by Fran. I never once had to contact them for verification or to confirm our tour. Ntours was always quick to keep me updated, something that most tour operators are not very good at doing. We were with Fran from 9 am to 5 pm and not once did I ever feel like I got bored or was ready to quit. It was just an incredibly fascinating, well-designed, and well-executed tour. I highly recommend En Tours for your next trip to Montreal.

A long day but well worth it! Our tour guide Joyce was fantastic, informative and kept as on track. The bus was comfortable and our driver was very professional. Québec City is beautiful and full of interesting history and places to explore. The stop at the falls was picturesque and a great way to get outdoors.

I highly reccomend booking with montreal ghost tours! And if you can specifically ask for Edith the ghost! FYI tour is not a jump scare heavy haunted house, so if that’s what you’re looking for look elsewhere. This tour was about sharing montreals tragic/ brutal history told by an insanely talented actress/ tour guide, She was so engaging, hillarious and captured our attention the entire time. This was not some corny “ooo spooky legend, let’s try to catch an orb”It was very spooky, but not in the ways you would expect. And for the price , you cannot beat it. For sure one of the highlights of my trip The walk was leisurely, with plenty of stops. Seeing all of the old buildings added to the spooky ambience. I cant stress enough how amazing our ghost guide was. We were all laughing the entire time. I will say maybe better for a teen audience up , as some of the history deals with mature subject matters (which Edith ghost handled with the perfect balance of humor and sensitivity!) but no swearing, or anything too outright gory. To end my review no, I didn’t see any ghosts, but I did feel the weight of the history of the city around me after !!

I learned info about Montreal that I don't think I could have gotten any other way. Amelia (? Spelling) knew a lot about every stop and offered her own insights as a native of the area even on things we didnt visit. Excellent walking tour- probably about 4 miles beginning to end. Great food tour of Old Montreal!

We always do a food tour at the beginning of our trips and this one was ranked at the top. Cecile was a great guide who taught us about the city and the foods we were tasting. There were only five food tastings not eight but we were full. We definitely got the layout for old Montreal and came back to the area to enjoy a cocktail and watch the light show at Notre Dame basilica. We definitely recommend this food tour!!

We really enjoyed our tour. Went to the top of Mt Royal. Through the Plateau, Miles End Little Italy, and a large farmers market. Our guide was very experienced said he was the first to use eBikes in Montreal tours. We got a hot bagel and fresh donut at stops along the way. I think recent bicycling is important to take the tour. Two people dropped out after a little trial run on the eBikes around the shop as they did not feel safe. We highly recommend it for those comfortable on bikes.

A great way to see Quebec City from Montreal. The tour company was very good, very organized. lt was great having the pick up and dropped off at our hotel. I really liked the way things were communicated from their office about the time of pick up and who will pick us up and their contact information. Jiang was on time for our pick up. Carolina the guide was pretty good and Francois was a good driver.

So glad we started our trip with this experience. It was incredibly informative, comfortable, and a great way to get the land of the land before venturing out on our own. The small size – only six of us – was terrific because we got to build community, get to know one another, and have a few laughs. Short and sweet tour of all the best spots in Montreal

We had a great time touring neighbourhoods and hearing about the history of people that live in them. The bagel stop was our favourite but we also enjoyed our walk through Jean Talon market. We had already visited the island, but our drive around the F1 track was a nice surprise. Fran took great care of us, made sure my daughter was comfortable and answered any questions we had. My husband was disappointed that he didn’t join us. We probably should have done this tour the first full day of our trip as it would have given us a good idea of where we could visit during our 5 days.

Beautiful sites but long bus drive.

The Montmorency Falls were wonderful and Quebec City was amazing. The description doesn’t say but the travel by bus was a little over 3 hours from Montreal. The bus stops at a very nice full service rest stop for bathrooms and snacks so it is not so bad. Just wished the description was more clear about that part. There were crying babies/toddlers which was annoying. Not complaining - the bus was comfortable, the driver (Joe) was professional, and plenty of time off the bus to use facilities and stretch. Just wasn’t clear in the description.

The group only included our family (4 adults) and we thus benefited from having the guide Emmanuel all to ourselves. Born in Montreal, he knows every detail, its history, its architecture, the recent evolution of Quebec, and has no trouble adapting perfectly to the profiles of vacationers and their interests. Also very good advice on the best sellers of bagels, poutines, or even on the city's underground network. He manages to highlight, through historical stories, the architecture, or the statues of the city, the complex Franco-British alchemy of Montreal. Emmanuel is a true pro (he knows how to capture attention, makes sure to answer all questions while keeping an eye on the timing, chooses the best locations to avoid noisy areas, ...) and what's more, he is super nice. Since we had booked this tour the day after we landed in Montreal, we were able to quickly pick up a few Quebec customs. It was great!
