What are people saying about Mexico City

Great private experience.
Our visit to the Teotihuacán Pyramids was truly memorable, largely because of Alicia, our spectacular official guide. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and brought the ancient city to life through engaging stories and clear explanations.
We did have to pay an additional fee to the tour operator for an official guide inside the Teotihuacán archaeological site, but it was absolutely worth it—especially because our guide was Alicia. She spent ample time with us and never made the experience feel rushed. She carefully explained the pyramids, the surrounding area, and the rich history behind them in a way that was easy to follow and genuinely fascinating. Her passion for the subject came through throughout the tour.
The private car and driver experience were average. The driver arrived on time, which we appreciated, but he spoke only Spanish, so there was very little communication during the drive there and back.
Overall, we would recommend the experience, particularly if you can have Alicia as your official guide inside the Teotihuacán Pyramids. Teotihuacán is the ancient archaeological site northeast of Mexico City that includes the famous pyramids and ceremonial avenue.

Great experience!
Jorge, Alex, and Francisco were awesome guides. They taught us so much history and culture, but in an entertaining way. The sights themselves were magnificent, and the tour packed several must-see places into one full day. You will be tired at the end of the day, but in a good way. Highly recommended!

Private tour!
We booked the private tour the day before the visit. It was very easy to do and once it was confirmed, our tour guide Miguel messaged us immediately with details. We got picked up at our hotel and the tour started there! Miguel provided fun facts and historical information as we drove to the pyramids. Once there, Miguel continued providing very interesting facts and information about the pyramids that we would have never learned on our own. Highly recommend this tour experience!

Anthropology museum tour
We had an amazing time at the anthropology museum. Perla is a great guide. She was very sweet and explained us the history in detail. She also asked us about the things we are interested in and curated the experience accordingly. I would say this is a must do experience

What an amazing night!...
What an amazing night! The tour includes a generous taste of tacos and drinks along with an informative and hilarious intro to lucha libre. The guys truly enjoy their work. They escorted the entire group to the arena and ensured entry. Highly recommend for solo travelers or a group!

Art and Party. All in one.
Our tour guide, Sara was amazing. She took us to the Frida Kahlo museum and had so many extras to share about her life. She also took us to another museum of the collections of Diego Rivera. We enjoyed homemade snacks on the boats at Xochimilco and some dancing. She was able to incorporate our special requests too.

Lando is an Amazing Tour Guide!
What an incredible walking tour of historical downtown Mexico City! Lando met us at our hotel and from there we covered several miles of amazing history, beautiful architecture, and learned so much about fabulous Mexico City. Lando was so kind, engaging, and very informative. He also took beautiful family photos of us, including cool cinema-worthy videos! I had requested a few sites in particular that we wanted to cover, which we did. But Lando also surprised us with some extra spots that we didn’t know about and were not covered in the guides we had read. Anytime I come back to Mexico City, I plan to book another tour with Lando. Don’t miss out on this experience!

Excellent private tour...
Excellent private tour with Ismael! It was a great way to explore Centro Histórico. Ismael was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about Mexico City’s history. It felt like walking around the city with a local who genuinely enjoys sharing it with visitors. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a more personal experience than a large group tour.

Amazing water tour
The drive isn’t as long as the website says , but maybe on the day I went there just wasn’t as much traffic. I went in July. Definitely worth your money and time. Noe was my driver and he was amazing. He want above and beyond. Had water for us, chips, flashlights and iPhone water proof cases for us. Don’t forget to wear water proof shoes.

Fernando is the best tour guide!
We absolutely loved our tour with Fernando! Nos encantó nuestro tour con Fernando!
You may read several reviews that state the tour is long but honestly if you have Fernando as your guide, it is not a problem as he gives staggered breaks for you to sit, use the bathroom, or grab a quick bite.
Fernando made the tour so fun and packed with knowledge. He gave such a great overview of important history and fun facts while staying focused on the most famous and popular exhibits in order to make the most of our time. I highly recommend booking with Fernando!

Highlight of our trip!
The tour of the pyramids was the highlight of our trip to CDMX. We went on New Year's Day and had no traffic. It was basically an Uber driver who picked us up and drove us there. We got there relatively quickly (40 minutes) and met with our guide who spoke English. I sometimes had a hard time understanding him, but he was very friendly and knowledgable. The pyramids are absolutely incredible. You should not miss them. Although you cannot climb up the Pyramid of the Sun, you can on the Pyramid of the Moon, and the view is amazing. Don't miss doing that! There are a lot of vendors between the two pyramids, but not really in an annoying way. I liked some of the items they were selling and bought a magnet that I really liked and seemed like good quality.
After the tour, we were taken to a restaurant where we ordered and got served the best food on our trip. The tortilla soup was probably the best I've ever had and the mole was also fantastic. My family ordered various other things and everything was delicious. Definitely go with the tour that includes the lunch. I was so happy we did that instead of the cave lunch I originally wanted. Although it would have been cool to see the cave, I cannot imagine the food being better than what we were served on this tour. Also, the cook was a lovely woman who handmade everything herself. Great experience.
Don't hesitate to book this tour!

Informative and Engaging Teotihuacan Tour
The tour is for a large group, but our guide, Alan, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Teotihuacan and its history, which made the tour much more engaging. I learned so much throughout the experience. I highly recommend the early access, as it gets very crowded later in the day.
