What are people saying about Arena Mexico

A blast of entertainment!
Alejandro was a funny tour guide who got us hyped up for the Lucha Libre! He taught us the best cheers and the atmosphere of the arena! I had no idea it was a form of therapy to the common folk, which I think is more fun and cheaper. The match itself was so much like WWE, and it was so fun to see the locals and wrestlers get in on the action.
My advice for the tour is: DO NOT bring food or drinks, the staff will make you throw it out, even with empty bottles prior to entering the arena.

Great fun to enjoy lucho libre. More for partying than guide
Enjoyed the lucho libre experience. Overall was lots of fun. The guides were fun, however note that if you’re here to learn about lucho libre there wasn’t much information provided.
Definitely more to enjoy the alcohol/tequila and have some fun!
The value was a little pricey in my opinion.

Alex, el campeon
Fun times, Alex was great. Be prepared for a smackdown and fun. Having a group to go with helps break up the tension of entering a huge crowd.
Bring pesos, cards not used in the arena

Must do
So much fun, the match its self was a spectacle that must be seen. We got there early enough to do some shots at the food hall across the street. Our driver was prompt and communicated well.

Lucha! Lucha! Lucha!
The seats were awesome and it was such a great time. Beer and pulque were good too. We ran late because of traffic and weather and the company was patient and told us how to meet the guides at the second location which was much appreciated. They were responsive and patient.

Touring With Diego Was Fantastic
This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico City! Diego was very knowledgeable about the local culture and we had an amazing time trying a delicious taco spot and pulque tasting. He gave us a lot of insight into daily life in Mexico city and the cultural significance of Lucha libre. Our whole group really enjoyed speaking with Diego and talked at length about how much fun we had!

Jesús was an amazing...
Jesús was an amazing guide - a true fan of Lucha Libre, extremely hospitable, and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the area. Would not hesitate to book this tour again!
Highly recommend anyone going to their first matches with him - you will learn so much about to history of the sport and the colorful neighborhood it calls home.

Great experience! Laura...
Great experience! Laura was the best host, she was able to provide us history and navigate us through a hectic crowd. The bar and pulque was a 10/10. The show was amazing and definitely a must on the itinerary.

Don’t think twice, do the tour!
Laura was amazing! She took us out on the town, we got to go the most amazing bar and got to dance and experience such a wonderful culture. The lucha show was FANTASTIC! Laura even brought us back to a more convenient location afterwords to order Ubers and everything. She was so welcoming and we felt very taken care of. We would do the tour again at the drop of a hat. Thank you Laura!!!
