A unique tour of its kind. A practical workshop of dyeing at the ford to fully immerse yourself in the historical legacies of this ancient Maritime Republic. In addition to the history of the city, you will discover the art of natural dyeing using plants in a craft workshop that boasts a truly exceptional botanical collection! You will dye in the vat a canvas of Marche hemp in blue ford according to the technique "shibori", an art arrived from the East. A placemat to customize expressing your creativity. Between artistic bindings, folds, wooden tablets and twines you will make your placemat to soak for a few minutes in the dye bath. By removing it you will see the magic of color that fixes on the fabric reacting with air and finally you can admire your work of art! The activity is confirmed with at least 6 participants
