Unique Experience with our guide Leon

A wonderful experience giving my wife and me a look at an area of Costa Rica so beautiful and different from the beach area - great to see the diversity of the country’s landscape. Our tour was made special because of our guide - Drayon Leon, who was excellent. He told us a lot about Costa Rica on the ride up and back, and during the walk through the rain forest he pointed out birds, sloths and snakes and was able to take photos with my phone through his monocular - giving us some great close-ups. The coffee/ chocolate part was fun and educational - and all was followed by a nice lunch. And the waterfall - which we did first - was beautiful and taking a dip in the water was a good way to start the day. A great experience made special by Leon! Highly recommended.

Don’t miss out!

You have to do this! Do the Jaguar package. Guys, if you want to propose to your woman, this is the most romantic thing you can do. The hike and waterfalls are gorgeous, but the thermal pools are awesome. Once you get to the Jaguar pool, it’s your own private area. They leave you with a meat and cheese tray and your choice of wine or champagne and you radio to them when you’re ready to back. I could have sat there all day! With the warm water and the beatify waterfall… so amazing. Once you’re done in the jaguar pool, you go back to a wonderful lunch. The facility is beatify and clean. I’d say pack a light rain jacket just in case. It was a bit cooler when we went but the thermal pools are plenty warm to still swim in. The drive might be a little long if you’re staying on the coast but you won’t regret it.

Mistic Park Experience with hot springs.

To start the driver was on time. We ended up having a private tour, we were the only ones who booked that tour that day. We stopped for traditional Coata Rican breakfast. Next stop park with hanging bridges. As they day progressed we were able to see more of the top of volcano. We saw different birds, lizards and a squirrel. We went a good pace and finished in about two hours or so. We a traditional lunch and spent time in hot springs . On the drive home we a sloth on the side of the road. 10/10 experience Manual was a great tour guide.

One of the highlights of our trip

A non-strenuous activity everyone can enjoy! Our guide Alberto was super knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We stopped to feed iguanas, visited a ranch and tried some fresh sugar cane water and coffee, and had a very nice pottery demo/class and tasty authentic Costa Rican lunch. After that we spent a long time on a river boat getting to see lots of wildlife including a variety of birds, lizards, crocodiles, and even got to see a family of capuchin monkeys up close! Super fun!!

Worth every penny. The full day experience. They treated us like gold. We'll organized. Our concierge Marc, was great. Helpful, polite and very informative. Shout out to the zip line crew, Jose Luis, and "Riding Bull" took such good care of our group. The lunch we had also exceeded expectations.

Amazing experience!

This is a great tour. Be prepared to swim, but it is so worth it! Even my 80-year-old Mom made it all the way like a champ (but she’s in great shape). Our guide Jason was great and we even got to see some monkeys in the trees at the end. Lunch was very good - classic Costa Rican Cosada plate cooked fresh. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rainforest hike

Excellent guided tour. 4 mile hike through Rincón - followed by a shorter hike to waterfall for swimming. Definitely for those who are capable of long walks and light stairs. The lunch exceeded expectations- there was entertainment and it was buffet style. Our family of 6 enjoyed it all. FYI the road coming in is part gravel and many pot holes- don’t be deterred.
