Our driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us at the ferry terminal. He did not speak to us and was initially abrupt when I asked if he was picking us up for the Tallinn trip. When he dropped us off I had to ask him where to go. This should not put you off as soon as we met our guide Anastasia the trip really started when we got off the 2 hour ferry crossing. Anastasia was knowledgeable and friendly. The places we visited were lovely and interesting to understand the history of Tallinn. Once the tour was over Anastasia made sure we all knew where our driver was picking us up from to get back to the ferry and which terminal we head to make our way to. We had a good length of time to enjoy the streets of Tallinn and explore on our own. We were promptly picked up on time and made on way back the ferry. When we arrived our driver sent a message to let us know he was on his way. He greeted us with a friendly smile. He asked about our experiences in Tallinn and in Finland. He was very pleasant and polite which ended the trip for us incredibly nicely. We would definitely recommend the Tallinn trip.

We booked the tour directly with Tuktours about 1 month before the start of our trip. The website mentioned an optional German-speaking guide, so I inquired via email after booking whether the tour could be conducted in German. This was promptly confirmed to us. On the day before the tour, we received an email announcing that pickup would be directly at the cruise terminal. The tour began with a warm welcome from Petra. She had lived and studied in Germany for several years, so her German was simply perfect! Her knowledge about the city of Helsinki, its history, architecture, and much more also turned out to be perfect. Throughout, she remained friendly and humorous. The TukTuk tour itself was a lot of fun; the vehicle has a comfortable size, and people with a height of 1.85 meters really have very pleasant legroom. For cruise guests who want to make the best use of their very limited docking time, I can unreservedly recommend TukTours! Our tour of Helsinki with Olga was absolutely incredible. From the moment we began, she tailored the day perfectly to fit our large group and our shared interest in Helsinki’s unique architecture and design. Her knowledge was outstanding—not only did she provide fascinating history and details at every stop, but she also brought the city to life with stories and insights we never would have discovered on our own. Olga did an amazing job balancing the needs of a larger group while keeping the experience personal, engaging, and fun. She made sure we saw the most beautiful and interesting parts of the city, with a special focus on the architecture and design that make Helsinki so unique. She also went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the local culture, including making sure we had the chance to try reindeer and local licorice! It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more memorable. If you are visiting Helsinki, I cannot recommend Olga highly enough. She made our day truly special and unforgettable.

A fantastic tour of a beautiful national park! My guide was on time at the Aleksis Kivi monument to pick me up. From there we went by train and then by bus to the national park. Purely theoretically, you can do all this much cheaper on your own, but my guide knew the most beautiful spots in the park, which is why it was a good idea to explore the park with a guide. We were super lucky with the weather. Spring is coming this week, the ice is slowly melting and the weather was just perfect!!! A very nice trip.

Michail met us at our apartment where we are staying in a suburb. We have been here for a few days so we have walked around and seen most of the 'tourist' attractions so it was a bit more of a challenge to show us things we hadn't previously seen, but he managed to very well for 4 hours. His knowledge of Finnish history and life was very extensive and we got a very good overview of the way of the Fins. I would highly recommend this tour and Michail as a guide.

We had about 17 hours of transit time in Helsinki, so we were looking for a tour that would allow us to spend the night in a hotel near the airport and then spend 2-3 hours sightseeing in the city after checking out. This tour was safe because it would take you to the airport. The guide was there on time. After that, while we were driving to the city, he explained the history of Finland and the lives of the locals. They walked around the National Library, which they wanted to see, A-Aalto and other structures designed by famous designers, explaining each one in detail and answering questions. The first thing I said was, "I want to get back to the airport at 14:00," and he dropped me off on time. I was able to enjoy my first Helsinki with peace of mind on a private tour that answered my requests for places and times. It was nice to be able to exchange emails with the tour company beforehand.
