The car use for the tour is 4 passengers only if you required a bigger car can be organise an extra cost lets us know. I did a tour with Paulo in January 2026, and it was an outstanding experience. Paulo was professional, knowledgeable, and above all, genuinely honest. He delivered exactly what was promised and made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable.
You can tell he takes pride in his work; clear communication, great local insight, and no pressure or gimmicks. Just a solid, well-run tour with a guide you can trust.

We had a great day with Paulo. He was early and we got started right away. Visited Porvoo and Helsinki. He was a good driver and his car accommodated us well “4 adults”. We were able to move at our own pace and see what interested us most. He was an excellent guide answering all of our questions and gave us a lot of information about the area. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone visiting the area.

A fabulous way to spend a day and see the highlights of Helsinki and the charming Porvoo. Paulo was an absolutely fabulous guide. Informative, fun, organized and a smoothie driver! We had such a fabulous day and the whole family said the amazing Paulo made it feel perfect!

Paulo was an excellent guide who planned the whole trip well to ensure we saw all the highlights on time like the Rock Church, Oodl library, Porvoo, etc. He is very knowledgeable and approachable providing us with lots of valuable information about the city. A very considerate guide who contacted us ahead of the tour to understand our main point of interests for him to plan the itinerary. Wonderful tour full of the vast history of Finland, cultural education, and beautiful architecture; he was thoroughly knowledgeable in multiple areas. Paulo was very friendly, personable, easy to talk with, and well organized; along with a very comfortable car. He was very willing to make suggestions of places to visit/things to see also in Portugal. We also had a great bite to eat at Zum Beispiel (gf and df) in Porvoo

Wonderful tour of Helsinki and Porvoo by Paulo! We learned so much about Helsinki and Finland: history, culture, political structure, current events, etc. Paulo was easy to understand and was a wealth of knowledge. It was interior my husband and I (early 50s) and my parents (late 70s). My father has some mobility issues and Paulo was willing to drop us off close to the location, and then go drop the car. Likewise, when we walked far from the car, he went back to retrieve it so my dad didn't have to walk a great distance. He referred us to a restaurant and chocolate shop. Best of all, when we mentioned we were going to Tallin the next day, he gave us the contact of a tour guide in Tallin who turned out to be great as well. We def recommend this tour.

How enjoyable a tour it was and how informative Paulo is on all things in Helsinki. Both the tour and Paulo were both very impressive, on all facts and he appeared to know about this very lovely city in a very enthusiastic fashion. i admire the fact that someone living in a city that he was not from originally has given his heart and soul to getting to know all about the culture. I would recommend Paulo to everyone and anyone I will ever meet who plans or that I can also encourage to visit the city and all things Finland. Note to Paulo thank you for your patience and your accommodating schedule. I shall return again!

My cousin had a problem with her phone, as we were on a cruise ship had a very limited amount of time to get it repaired and it was critical that is was repaired. Porvoo sorted it; dropped it at the repair place at the beginning of our tour and collected it when it was sorted during the tour.
Porvoo was very good at pre tour communication, the tour itself was excellent and fitted in with what we wanted to do and see.
Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our tour of Helsinki and Porvoo with Paulo. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and gave us a great insight into the places we visited, but also the country as a whole. He went to a lot of effort to make sure the tour went well, especially given it was midsummer so some of the usual sights and areas would be closed, and it went really well. Thank you Paulo!

Very informed about the history of Helsinki and provides great insight into the Finnish people and culture. Pointed out great sights AND great food spots. We had enough food recommendations for days.

Worth every penny! Paolo was personable and knowledgeable, and customized the tour based on things we had already seen. He also went above and beyond helping us get concert tickets. By the end we felt like family!
The price is worth it. You get what you pay for. Don’t take a risk on the cheaper private tours.
