It was amazing! Our tour Guide, Lee, was a great guide! There were three of us total, including him and it was very serene. Smaller tours are much better than larger ones, in my opinion. We got to enjoy the sound of the lake and wildlife. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great tour, be careful with the timing and arrival. We arrived an hour early due to time zone differences but we were not able to reach out or check our booking details because Willow Beach lies in an area with no mobile network coverage. We started a little late due to this and were able to just catch the Emerald Cave lighting up in time (it was also shining low due to November) but our guide Paul made it work. Additionally, Paul was an awesome guide who provided us a lot of additional insight about the place and area, history etc. Even in November, the 85 °F were inviting us to take a swim during and after the tour which made us soak up the after-vibes of the tour experience to a maximum and made an overall awesome day. The insights Paul provided, made us want to come back for more exploration on our own or even attending the longer tour to the Hoover Dam.

Viator did not impress me, they attempted to have me change the date of my previously booked excursion the day before I boarded the plane for my vacation. I had booked and paid them 10 days prior. I had my vacation plans all in order and the reason they wanted to cancel me I was told was because I was doing the trip solo and they only wanted couples for that day. They asked that I cancel my booking, and rebook with their sister company Blazin Paddles as I was leaving to board my flight. Very unprofessional and placing their problem on me to fix. I was not agreeable or able to do that. They then charged me an additional $30 and made the arrangements for me. They required that I take an Uber to another hotel the day of pick up, never checking with the sister company who actually had pick ups the next hotel over in less than a 5 minute walk. This was an additional $27 in an uber fair plus a $5 tip for the driver, not to mention additional time and stress to get clear to the far end of the strip, and required their sister company to go out of their way needlessly to pick me up at greater expense and time for everyone. That said once I was in the hands of blazin paddles I was treated more than kindly. They dropped me off right at my hotel on the return trip home, saving me the additional expense of a needless uber ride, they provided a very knowledgeable guide of the area who made sure that we were well taken care of, with food, snacks, water, and safety. He assisted anyone that needed additional help and time so that the trip was truly a group effort. It was so beautiful and I was so glad that I went. I have not one complaint about the tour itself. The wait for emerald cove was too long and we did skip it as several other kayaking companies were in a lineup already, which was fine by me even though I had wanted a picture there, and part of why I booked the trip, but truthfully as the guide pointed out the water had the same green color and made for beautiful pictures right where we were at without the 2 hour wait in that line up. This was definitely my favorite excursion of my vacation to Las Vegas where I did many different events, experiences, and travel to the local beauty of the surrounding areas.

What an experience! Extremely well organised with lots of information provided ahead of the trip to ensure you had all the details. Pick up in Vegas was smooth with full directions to ensure location of pick up provided. The rafting was superb. Knowledgeable crew members, Victor and Russ, both transferring through the National Park to join raft. Would thoroughly recommend and was a highlight of our trip.

Flexible pick up time and private transfer were amazing. We knew a lot when on the way to the tea plant. Kids were very exited to wear traditional clothe for tea picking and overall the process. It’s very hard to show for kids all the steps of tea production that they were interested and guide did it 100%. We’ve known that we can: not only drink tea, but even eat leaves from tea. And super bonus that price for this tour with English speaking guide was cheaper than for a group trip (from 10to 40 people) that made our experience ten times better)) thank you very much for the tour

This was a very fun activity to get away from the concrete jungle while enjoying the heat! We went down for the 4 mile excursion. The good: our guide, Jessica. Was very personable and had a wonderful, outgoing personality. She included everyone in the group in having fun. She stopped and helped us take pictures of each other and even took pictures of us on her phone that she sent to everyone the next day! Jessica gave us historical facts about the area. The bad: it felt very rushed. Was not a leisurely kayaking experience. It was a get over here in 3 minutes, across the river in 6...I had never been kayaking before and found this much more trying that I thought it'd be. We weren't able to look around at the sights because of the go, go of the tour. On the way back, my boyfriend and I fell back behind the group and enjoyed paddling at our speed looking at the goats, eagles, and all the other sights we didn't get to see on our way to the cove. The cove is very small and only allows approx 10 people in at a time. There was a 30-40 min wait time for our turn to take pictures in the <5 minutes. Overall, I'd definitely do it again. Must do a tandem instead of a single. See if there's a different style group or rental that isnt so time goal oriented that would allow for more of a casual (vs feeling like a race...this was expressed by a few couples in the group) kayaking experience with a goal, ie the cave.

Eddie is an amazing guide, we had a problem with the initial booking and he handled it very nicely. He provided non-alcoholic drinks and snack bars throughout the journey. He gave us interesting facts and was patient with our pace. Could not recommend him enough!! Thank you Eddie :)

Hot yoga hot springs? Sure! You bring your poses but adventure child will get you there. Your guide knows the spots, the caves and hikes you just won’t get anywhere else. It’s obvious how much they care about your adventure and personal preference. Ditch the awful motor “tours” and put yourself in a better spot! Ask about the Rice Krispie treats
