We had a wonderful experience on this tour! May was a knowledgeable and sweet tour guide, the activities were beautiful and amazing, and the driver was great and the car was so nice! 10/10 recommend!! Lunch was delicious as well.

Frank was a great tour guide. Mr Wong, the driver’s car was clean and comfortable. Frank was able to navigate us through the crowded sites and showed us the points of interest. He was friendly and easy going with great narratives both entertaining and educational.

I was traveling solo prior to a conference and wanted to see Huanzhou. Iris, my tour guide, was excellent - very easy to work with to accommodate my interests in a flexible manner and yet including many of the highlights of this area. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our driver, Mr. Lei, was also great to work with. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful trip with Bonnie. Visited westlake, the temple, green tea fields with tasting and Hangzhou city. We got a lot of interesting insights about the history. Our guide was speak a perfect English. We can recommend this trip!

The price of the tour was not worth it. We booked all inclusive tour in January. The car we drove was old and smelled of cigarettes, the driver was rude. my husband didn't fit in the back seat and had to curl up all day. While traveling in the car, we had to open the window all the time to have something to breathe. We ate lunch in a very dirty place, rice and fried leaves from used tea leaves with unpeeled shrimp was not good. What’s even worse, our guide was in a hurry all the time because she was cold due to the fact that she was wearing summer sneakers with holes without socks, where her nails were visible from the holes in the winter cold. We were not comfortable all day. The all-inclusive purchase upset us because when we were in a tea plantation, on a boat on the lake, in a cultural park, we were accompanied by group tours of bus tourists all the time. our guide told us everything that was already written on Wikipedia, stories about which we had already read, we are not happy that the tour was not worth the price, after such an experience we do not want to use your application on our next trips to other countries

The Tour Guide Bonnie can speak fluent english and know history of each site that would add essence to each places. Very accommodating with time. Help you look and translate language barrier. She can also help take photos for you.

I love how the tour guide was able to hit the spots we wanted to see. Be aware that using credit cards are restrictive and she even helped with figuring out payments. We originally were to visit another location (west Lake), but we quickly changed & that made the experience that much better.
We saw the Leifing Pagoda, Bamboo Forest, Tea Plantation, lunch near the tea place, silk museum and also a shopping stop in the Song historical area.
I can’t believe we saw so much!!
Such a comprehensive tour with an excellent guide.

There were three of us on this private tour and we opted for the sample itinerary. Our guide Lulu was excellent , very attentive and patient. Really enjoyed walking around West Lake , the boat ride and fish feeding at the Flower Park. We spent less time in Lingyin temple but took lots of photos of the impressive Buddha and god carvings on the mountain walls. Enjoyed a good lunch in Amanfayuen. Another highlight of the tour was a visit to a family owned tea field. The owner explained lots about the their operation and took us up the hill to look at the tea plants. The scenery was amazing. We also got the chance to sample the tea at their home. We were behind schedule by the time we arrived at the Song Dynasty Pedestrian Street. We just made a brief stay as it was close to 7pm and we planned to come back on our own the next day. Didn’t want Lulu and driver to work overtime for too long. Both Lulu and the driver were very patient and didn’t rush us. A great tour indeed.

My boyfriend and I visited Hangzhou for the first time and only had 2 days. We spent the first day on this tour and Nancy was fantastic. She knew so much about the towns and was very personable. We learned a lot about the village and the stories, and Nancy was able to advise us for what to do for our second day as well.

The full day tour is well planned and the tour was conducted in a relaxed mode. The tour guide Bonnie and the driver are both friendly. Bonnie is able to converse with the group in both Chinese and English which was helpful.

We were late for our arrival and the Viator team was FANTASTIC is being patient and finding us in a very crowded train station in Hangzhou. Our tour guide Bonnie had IMPECCABLE English and a sunny disposition that made our day delightful. She also was quite knowledgeable about local Hangzhou culture and current Alibaba information, which was quite fascinating. We would ask for Bonnie next time for sure!

My tour guide, Bonnie, was very knowledgeable regarding all of the sites in Hangzhou. She did a great job of showing me around and filling me in on the history and culture. The boat trip on Westlake was enjoyable, gave a lay of the land, and the temple tour was a very interesting site. the lunch at the farmer restaurant was really tasty, and I thought the tea plantation information informative and interesting as well. I could have done without the tour of the shopping plaza, very touristy, but it did have some interest foods and goods, including being made on site that were interesting. Driver did a nice job dropping us off at convenient spots and picking us up also.

Our guide, David, was absolutely wonderful. His english is perfect and he was a delightful guide and companion for our tour around Hangzhou. We not only enjoyed learning about the sights he showed us it was also a treat to have an opportunity to speak with someone about China and ask the many questions that had occurred to us during our visit. There were six of us on the tour: myself and my husband and our four children 14, 12, 10 and 7. We all had a fantastic time. Hangzhou was literally a breath of fresh air after four days in Shanghai. It is a beautiful place. Don't hesitate to take this tour!

It was amazing. I loved it. Since i travelled alone, it was a nice introduction to the town and its sites. They picked me up at the trainstation it was much bigger than i thought and the we explored. We saw the tea fields, visited temples and gardens. The guide was so nice and we had a laugh. I really enjoyed it

An amazing host who would have done anything for us she looked after a sick family member like she was one of us!, a peaceful lunch in the mountains and great sightseeing. Just try and avoid purchasing anything from the tea plantation, they put the hard sell on you.

We had a great time on this tour and learned more in one day than we could have in weeks of walking around on our own. Bonnie was fantastic. She spoke excellent English and was able to answer every question we had. Having an air conditioned car waiting for us at the end of each stop was worth the price of the tour alone. We were picked-up by Bonnie at the hotel lobby promptly, the day itinerary went smoothly according to plan, sufficient to give us a good overview of Hangzhou. Bonnie was friendly and knowledgeable. Although it was an English tour, however we conversed in Mandarin, and managed to gather many other local tips including night market where we visited that evening. The driver was equally competent and safe. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable day trip.
