Fantastic Experience
Amazing day, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the beach on the island was relaxing and peaceful, great food and plenty of activities. Only disappointment was we didn’t get to do the glass bottom boat. But overall a fantastic experience. We would definitely do it again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND personable experience
It was incredible. Highly recommend this specific trip, it was very personable, we felt the crew really connected with us all, we were lucky enough to have a small group so more intimate. Island all to yourself. Snorkelling fun! Scuba diving great! Lunch was delicious. Very very chill and would absolutely recommend this to all my friend and family. Boat is really cool as well.

Amazing! Best cruise ever!
Amazing. The crew was so nice and friendly. They took care of everything. They were very knowledgeable about the island and the culture and really took time to explain and educate but also helped us have a great time. I cannot recommend this cruise highly enough. Book this cruise now!!

The crew were very nice...
The crew were very nice and the singing was amazing! They made me feel at home! The scuba diving is a must do, the instructor made me feel comfortable and it was my first time scuba diving.

Do it, you will not regret it!!
The crew are extremely kind and knowledgeable. We visited Kadavu Lailai Island and it was stunning. The marine biologists helped make the trip educational as well as interactive and interesting. The food was fabulous and what a treat to have traditional Fijian food.

A lovely day and evening out
A lovely day and evening. The snorkeling was good, tried paddle boarding. The island wasn't overcrowded and the crew were very entertaining, singing songs and dancing. The sunset cruise was perfect, the sunset was amazing as was the food and the evening entertainment.

Relaxed and welcoming from start to finish!
What a fabulous day with amazing staff who made the journey to our island so enjoyable with music, singing, snacks and a very chilled vibe and met some new people along our trip.
Decided to learn to scuba dive and tried paddle boarding too. Next time I need a massage! Thank you Captain Cook Cruises you made our holiday so special!

The perfect balance of fun and chill exploring
The whole day was incredible! The crew made it engaging, fun and memorable on the boat and at lunch, and then went to our own bungalow to relax with no one around us. The perfect balance! When doing the water sports there were crew to help, but also let you do your own thing and just kept an eye for safety and gave us tips on great snorkelling spots.

Best Fiji island
Best island in Fiji! I’m worried now I won’t be able to enjoy any other island, this was quite, clean, friendly, perfect…
Not sure any other island we visit now will match the experience. Very family friendly, food and drink was very nice too, captain cook catamaran was also great. Native Fijians are the best!! They are kind loving and know how to have a good time and set a good atmosphere.

The best day of our lives!
My husband and I booked this through Viator and we both felt this experience gave us one of the best days of our lives.
No issues with pick up from our hotel lobby, we got there 5min before pick up time (which was communicated clearly through the Viator app).
Our tour guide explained the itinerary and what to expect for check in at the harbor during our ride there.
The boat ride there was loaded with entertainment: kava ceremony, live music and morning tea with light snacks. Open bar is only available on the island and was limited to (cheap wine) and beer- which we didn’t mind: we were not there to get plastered!
I recommend skipping out on cabana rental (save that money and tip the staff). We snatched a spot under trees with shade. There were also mats you can use if you could not get lounge chairs.
On the island: you could do a guided snorkeling tour, SUP, kayaking and glass bottom boat ride. When we were kayaking, the water was so clear that we could see starfish and corals. We saw so many fish and corals when we snorkeled and I do recommend following the guide- the high traffic areas for boats are areas where they relocated corals and you wouldn’t see anything if you don’t know. Highlight of the trip was the glass bottom tour. The guide explains so much about corals and what the company has done to preserve the wildlife. The boat was quite clear and it is indeed the lazy person’s guide to snorkeling.
Lunch was better than I expected! Island BBQ with salad options. Not bad considering the staff hauled a generator onto the island to cook all the food.
The boat ride back was very entertaining: we learnt about coconuts, and saw a live demonstration on how it was opened back in the days without tools. Lots of live music and afternoon tea.
There was no pressure to tip, but seeing how hard the staff worked we made sure to leave something generous in the tip box and smaller tips to individuals that helped us. A bit disappointed to see most folks did not even tip. Reminder folks: people here make ~$2FJD per hour. A little something on your end goes such a long way for them. If you keep them comfortable, it will make future visitors have the same great experience that you had!

Absolutely go for it!
I had doubt on the way to the island as it was very ordinary and the glass at the bottom of the glass boat is so dirty. However, the guided snorkeling experience is among the best I've done, do many sea stars and all sorts of colorful fishes and coral reefs. The underwater world near the beach is absolutely unparallel and the waves are very gentle so the swimming is very easy! The lunch buffet is surprisingly delicious and offers a lot options. There are also sufficient time to enjoy the beach without feeling too short or too long. The crew kept us entertained on the ship by playing instruments and singing (beautiful singing!). Genuinely enjoyable trip!
